Been here numerous times and it's always been excellent... until today. Don't get me wrong it was still good enough but not up to its usual stellar standards. The bread was overbaked/a little burnt especially on the ends and the amount of meat was about half what I usually get. Here's hoping it was an exception and not a way to keep profits up.Wheelchair accessibility: Unfortunately, the only wheelchair access to the restaurant is about 5-7 businesses down so I have to travel a great distance to use the establishment. NOT GOOD!

No idea what the food is like… Have gone on 3 separate occasions and each time they’re out of gluten free bread so I’m unable to eat. Each time they act like it’s an anomaly… do not recommend going here if the gluten free option is your motivation.

It was really good but it was quite expensive for the amount of food you get.

Well the steak sandwich taste was good! Tender and no fat. Bread was heated nicely. My issue was how small the sandwich was. I ordered two kids meals and a medium sandwich for me ($12.99) for mine. When the order came I thought it was the kids meal. No way was that little sandwich 12.99 I thought.- plus a 5. At tip. But I didn’t say anything and enjoyed it. Probably won’t get that again. I do like quality over quantity. It could have been larger. Wonde what the small is , half?

Their sandwiches are not that bad, but the bread they use is horrible. It's very doughy and even with the hot sandwiches. They need to learn what toasted means. I will not go back as a result.

Great subs. Service is good. It's a good cause to give back to our fire fighters and have also have food!

2 of 3 sandwiches were wrong. It took an hour and 15 minutes from a place about 10 minutes away. I was ordering for someone else that doesn't drive and was watching kids for a few hours. Mayo was added when it was deselcted due to dietary issues. The kids get very sick from mayo. Things that were supposed to be on the 2nd wrong sando weren't there. Deeply disappointed.

They have really good variety on their menu, the people were nice, and the food was really good! My only complaint is they’re a bit pricey. My wife and I got 2 8 inch sandwich combos and it was $42!

My first time at Firehouse Subs. As I entered, the Chef and two others greeted me with a smile. The place was spotless and smelled of some smoky bbq. I ordered a large Firehouse steak sandwich at $16.99. Being there just before noon, there were a few patrons inside, some online orders and maybe a delivery setup before me. Given that, it only took about 20 minutes. The steak sandwich was the best restaurant entree I've had in years. Juicy, with caramelized onions, peppers and cheese, it was truly bomb, with a crispy dill pickle to the side. Heavenly, thank you.

Says online and on the window they open to 9. Walk in at 8:15 and told they're closed. Odd to be closed with the door unlocked but okay. Annoyed I drove all the way here for no reason.

Seems overpriced for the size of sandwiches. Food took over 10 minutes to get without a big crowd. Felt like folks were in slow motion. I love fire fighters and donated to them at restaurant . Ambiance seems off. Most folks in restaurant seated were waiting for their to go orders.
