Really good ramen, plenty of other yummy options as well. Only a house Hot sake, as far as I could tell they didn't have any beers or anything like that. But their selection of cold sake was impressive. Their Ramen and broth was amazing, so delicious, layers of flavor. Beware of the spicy paste if you add it; I love spicy and even I felt like I was breathing fire ? the staff was super nice and very welcoming, they were really knowledgeable of the menu.
We came here on a cold Saturday night in early January. We got the pork belly chasu and edamame appetizers, chicken katsu donburi, and the chicken broth based ramen (Tori soy and Tori miso). Everything was very warm and savory and was just what we needed to warm our souls. The restaurant was very clean and the service very attentive.

The only ramen I've tried from Fukumi is their Tantan and its become one of my favorites. The broth is thick and flavorful and the best part are the thick chashu. Free extra noodles and a side of rice are always a plus. Highly recommend!
