Teriyaki chicken and rice are very good. Sushi was somewhat fishy. We ordered Dynamite and Spicy Tuna.The counter service was fine, no problem.For the price the rolls were sub par.

For $15, I expected a much better quality Thai chicken plate. Unfortunately, the chicken was so tough and chewy that I could only manage a few bites. The portion size was generous but what good is it when the quality is so horrible. I remember this place serving decent food in the past, but their standards have declined significantly since the pandemic. I'm utterly disappointed and won't be returning.
This is a great place to go for chicken teriyaki. You order for dinner and have enough left for lunch the next day!

The place was clean, and they gave a whole lot of chicken over the rice. So if you hungry it's the place to go. Also, it's right of the American River bike trail, so you can refuel your energy before getting back on the bike trail.

They have many options here for meat on their teriyaki plates, and they do also serve sushi - although I have not tried it. Try their classic chicken teriyaki, Thai chicken, or their well portioned salmon if you're looking for a special treat.Parking: Parking can be a pain here due to the U-Haul and car service station right next door. You may have to walk a few extra steps to grab your lunch, but I'd say it's worth it.
