This place was packed! Went for a quick bite on a Friday morning and was surprised at how busy it was. Had to wait about 10 minutes for a table.Food was great (pancake), came back fast. I did have to ask a couple times for coffee creamer and never did get offered a coffee refill. The waiter was running all over the place so I don’t blame him. I did get the feeling they were rushing me as he dropped off the check with the food.

I frequent this location and my past visit pushed me to leave a review. There was a homeless man brandishing his dog wounds that were disturbing and nasty. This man was standing in the middle of the dining area talking nonsense and management did nothing about it. The server was also incompetent and split the bill into multiple receipts and asked to my face "are you leaving a tip" NO DUDE the energy was chaotic and the coffee was cold. One more thing the server had no idea what I meant when I ordered the Dr. Eggman Eggs Benedict which is their current promotion.

I have been here many times with no issue but today the coffee was cold, service was poor, the sever was unable to give me my bill so I could leave and management was doing nothing about a person yelling across the Restaurant.I’ll be going to a different location from now on.

On 03/29 a single man was doing the entire hosting, busting, and serving for the whole floor of the restaurant. He needs a raise. I cannot believe that a restaurant can do that to someone. He did a great job attending to EVERYONE. Shoutout to the cooks as well. I hope your ihop manager and scheduler can do more for you! You guys deserve it!

Nothing wrong with the individual service here but seems to be a skeleton crew. Always seem short handed the few times we’ve come. Notice one guy in the back cooking and one guy who served us also greeted us with “will be with you shortly”. We were the only ones waiting for a good 5-8 long minutes to be seated. One side of the place was fully packed while the other side had nobody (closed off I assume).It took longer than I thought it should to get our coffee, but again they look to be short on workers. Surprisingly the food came pretty fast considering. Pancakes were good. I thought IHOP had 4 different syrup at table, they only have one now. Would love to have them offer real maple syrup 100%.The kids Oj and Apple juice no more than 4oz for 3.19 each!! This to me is outrageous when I can get a half gallon of not from concentrate Floridas for the same price. Unless it’s fresh squeezed you have to be kidding me! Menus looked brand new and clean. This review is in hopes for some improvements and nothing against personnel.

Avoid server w/ gold chain, 40's hispanic or if you get him don't pay cash. Our group meets there occasionally. We all tossed cash into the pile, at least 4 people added a 20 and one counted it before paying the server. He returned and said our payment was short, showing us just two 20's and some ones. We asked to get the manager and he claimed he was the manager. Then said he would check, maybe he dropped some 20's around the register. A bit rude even before that.

This location is by far the best one in Sacramento I've done the research did one on Advantage is the worst one and thank God for Anna the manager of this District because she has went above and beyond to create an atmosphere and that it's just dependable and the people are so friendly and the services quick and it's just clean and delicious I love it thank you Anna

I ordered a Colorado omelet to go. When I got home, I noticed it was made without anything green - no salsa, onions, etc. It was just a meaty egg. I called and the girl told me the manager would call me the next day. Nothing. I called two days later and got the same response - the manager will follow up with me. Nope.Take a minute to take care of your customers. Order # 25096221745725442Oh, and they don't honor the Kids Eat Free during certain hours promotion.

We moved here less than a year ago and have gone to this Ihop multiple times. It was good in the past, but since they got the new server, older gentleman with glasses, I don't want to go back. The first time he served us, he was rude and acted like serving us was a chore. He was slow to take our order, and once we got our food, he never came to check on us. I ended up asking a bus boy for some water since he was ignoring us. I went back a while later and saw him there and almost walked out until I saw there was another server working, and we sat in her section. This server should not be working with customers if he hates it so much, which he seems to.
Food is very consistent, but they can be understaffed.

Choose this place as your last option.Been going here since 2 years. The quality have worsen every time little by little. They don't wear gloves, touches dishes with the same hand just after they touched the broom (or cleaning related items), in general, they aren't washing their hands before service. Dirty Cutleries. Food is bad (they can't make a good scrambled eggs). Horrible customer service. Unfortunately the staff is not trained. Owners doesn't seems to care at all, cause naturally there is no other competition near by.

Party of three early morning. The host goes to seat us right behind an elderly couple but I request to be seated with a space between us being that the place was empty and I don't like to share conversations with strangers as I would guess the same goes for the couple .. the host looks at me with a skeptical look and that's when I noticed I asked to be seated by the back door. I've never been judged in such a manner by an establishment. He's attitude and demeanor towards us was equivalent to the look he gave me when I requested the move. So there was no misunderstanding about what the look was about. I ended up walking out without ordering and went somewhere else to eat.
