I've always been a fan of Jamba Juice, but today's experience was a letdown. Found a rock in my smoothie, and it's not just gross; it's a safety concern. Hope this serves as a heads-up for everyone. The person who handed me the drink was a black girl wearing a mask and hat. Not what I expected, and I will never trust again to order anything from this store.

Came here today 9/6 around 10 am and there was no employee around even knocked on counter to get someones attention and waited for a few minutes cause we thought it was so odd. But still no one came but the door was wide open and the water was even dripping out. Wasted my lunch time on waiting.

I went and ordered a large banana berry smoothie. This is an old one and is no longer on the actual menu. The girl told me that they were not able to make it any longer. What appears was the manager was standing next to her kindly stated that they are able to make it. After making my smoothie which took maybe 13 minutes... which I felt was a long time. It was the wrong smoothie. I decided to tell them and felt that I shouldnt have said anything based off of the attitude I got from the first original girl. They remade it and it was correct the second time. I feel like I would rather go somewhere else if I am going to be paying 9.00$+ for a sugary smoothie with a side of attitude. The restaurant itself was clean and cool to walk into during summer. Go find another smoothie place if you can.

I gave 3 stars for the other employees but as for SHELBY i think that is her name based on the receipt i was given. She is working at 10:15 along with 2 other ladies, she has on a black sweatshirt at the moment if this helps to identify her. So i bring in my tumbler for the 20% off and then i had a $3 reward. She argued with me that i cannot use both. So I showed her PROOF of previous receipts from this exact location one being dated 2/28/22 that had both discounts applied. As do every other visit over the years. She continued to argue her point! Not once did she deliver proper customer service. Now its been multiple times the staff did not apply my tumbler discount and the young lady went above and beyond to make it right. Another time the guy pretended to fix it but did not do anything. But this time this employee decided to flat out ARGUE about the situation. Smh i understand the shortage of staff and I give tips and patience being a current regular to this location. But I refuse to have to deal with this young lady ever again. Let me add the waffle they gave me was ROCK SOLID HARD!

Bri is a super star!! All by herself helping a crowd of over 8 with huge orders. She had three call outs as is killing it. My drink was amazing on top of that. Thank you Vri for all your hard work.

I normally love JJ but this location was FILTHY. Also the girl filling the cups with drinks not only looked bored and annoyed to be there but what got me was between pouring drinks she kept messing with her hair and picking at her arms. Thank god she wasn't actually touching the drink contents but still it was super gross. Also the floor was covered in trash, the counters were dirty. I have never seen a Jamba this filthy.

I just visited this Jamba for the first time end it’s clearly met my expectations. It was a nice slow weekday afternoon. One of the smaller stores that I have visited, but had friendly service and consistent drinks.
