First time going to a Jersey Mike's and I have to say, the Club Supreme Mike's Way was the best sandwich I've ever had, and the 3 teens working the counter with smiles on their faces and hanging out with each other simply made the meal I enjoyed even better.

2nd time in Folsom store as went there when they first opened, I got a poor tasting sandwich. This time I’d have to say I can make better at home. Grilled roast beef was totally cold inside, mustard was overwhelming and pickels were bad tasting. Won’t ever go back again. Glad TOGO’s is right down the street. Even Raleys deli is better, which is in the same shopping center. Sorry guys but I went in because of your commercials hoping it would be better but you failed.Parking: There are 3 food stores side by side on their leg of the shopping center so your lucky to get a near spot, especially the handicap spot which I need but I see a number of people who park in it as the UPS store is there and they don’t want to carry heavy pkg’s a further distance in.

Whereas I have enjoyed many of Jersey Mike's locations for years, the Folsom location has sadly come up short on too many of my online orders. Yesterday, once again, my Original Italian with extra meat, extra cheese, "Mike's way", did not have extra meat, extra cheese, nor any detectable red wine vinegar, olive oil blend, oregano, or salt. It's sad that I find the need to order at the counter where I can ensure I get what I pay for, rather than the convenience of online ordering.

Very nice staff. Amazing sandwiches. I like it slightly more than my local sub place. Prices are prety fair because for 18 dollars really fills you up compared to some other places where i went they barely fill you so thats a big plus about this place. The lettuce and everything was really fresh too. Definitely recommend

Jersey Mike's make the best subs hands down. My favorite is the chipotle Philly cheesesteak. The app works great and I'm able to get my food ready to go. The restaurant is clean and the service is always friendly. They even honored my Yelp checkin coupon for a free cookie. Yay!!

Went in at 1:30 on a Sunday and the line was almost to the door. Not really a problem until you realize that they are filling online orders along with the people in line so the line moves REALLY slow. They'll be working on other orders and ignoring the people who have taken the time to come in to order. After about 10 minutes of very slow movement we left. I like the fresh cut meat idea but it slows down the line so much it's ridiculous when they're working in the online orders. If they're going to do that they need another meat slicer.

Jersey mikes is my favorite place to go for my lunch breaks. The staff is kind and the food is great. Particularly today though, I want to acknowledge their professionalism. As I was in line (which was almost out the door due to it being their lunch rush), a woman who placed an online order came in, upset that her order was not finished. The manager Rob apologized multiple times and explained to her that they were finishing her last of multiple sandwiches, and the others were already bagged and ready for her. The lady proceeded to yell at him as well as the girl making her sandwiches that she wasn't working fast enough and "shouldnt work there if she can't do her job" (as there is still a line out the door). He politely asks the customer to be kind because the girl making her sandwiches was a brand new trainee. The customer continues to yell at them until the trainee was almost in tears. Throughout the whole interaction each staff member maintained their composure and worked together to get her order to her and out the door while also getting the orders started of those in line. Rob did an exceptional job at maintaining professionalism while protecting his employees. They all were able to continue making sandwiches for everyone in line while dealing with this ladys meltdown, and I want to acknowledge and admire that because that is very difficult to do.

Terrible customer service. Writing this after the third time they have messed up a sandwich order. I’ve had to drive back all three times to have the sandwich remade. They never offer a discount or anything for my inconvenience. If you are going to order, order in person so they can’t mess it up. They are good at messing it up.
I like these fresh tasting subs. This location is fast and their food is so delicious.

My school sponsored a field trip in Rocklin, Ca. I worked with Chris, the manager of the Rocklin Jersey Mike's restaurant to provide lunch for about 40 students and staff. Everything went great! Everyone got exactly what they ordered in individualized boxes with their names on them. They even delivered to the venue. Great job, Jersey Mike's! Everyone was extremely happy with how everything turned out. Wouldn't hesitate to return whenever I'm in the area.

We LOVE Jersey Mikes!! Rob is A+. Kudo's to the owners who provide excellent staff, and delicious sandwiches. It's always a treat and we come here often. We usually order a "Giant" and it is huge. The meats and cheeses are always fresh, and the bread stands up to all those "fixings"Enjoy!!Andi
