Delivery orders are missing items like utensils, napkins, and straws even when selected to add them to order. Dipping sauces are sometimes missing and/or funky old looking/smelling. Just poorly executed and not worth the price. I hope people see it's the restaurant's fault and not the delivery drivers who take the restaurant employees' word for it when they're handed an order. Kiki's Kitchen, It's Just Wings, and Dave's Hot Chicken have better wings, sauces, and sides and thoroughly complete orders. Don't give this place more chances than it deserves.

Disgusting wings, skin was raw. Cajun fries were all mushed together, one fry had all the seasoning and the rest we’re plains and dry. If you’re going to get anything, get the boneless wings aka chicken nuggets

Beware, the full size pizza is actually a normal small size from other pizza spots. But they charge you full size pizza prices. The only reason it's 2 stars is for the BBQ chicken pizza... which was decent. The rest wasn't good at all and they forgot part of our order.

LOVE the ranch that came with the Cajun fries !!, the maple sauce was also great . However I wasn’t a huge fan of the lime wings but it was still really good !. Me and my boyfriend will have to come back again for another flavor .

Bleh... got two orders of the garlic Parmesan wings, one boneless and one bone-in. One came smothered in sauce and the other had no sauce at all. The boneless wings were pink inside so we couldn't eat them. We were so excited because the advertised picture looked soo good but we were extremely disappointed when we opened the box and even more disappointed when we tasted them. :((

:Cold/bland food, okay service, refunded i'm not one to leave bad reviews typically because I work in a restaurant myself... i try to understand covid and kitchen troubles. the food just wasn't good. ordered food to go. when i arrived, their curbside area was a fire lane... I called and said that I was there. 30 minutes pass by and i decide to call again. the food comes out right away, but as soon as i get home i notice that it's all cold. :/ we got 5 different flavors of wings and the best thing tonight was the fries. dry meat and odd taste. they are not wings that i would like to eat again The manager Bre was very nice and willing to refund the bill when we called.

What even is this place? It's awful, I love Lazy Dog, but I needed to make a point to come here and leave this review. The wings are subpar, all the sauces are either weird or have no flavor and the best thing on the menu is umami fries. We tried various wings, the fries and various pizza sticks, all were like cafeteria food. I spent around $80, totally overpriced and a complete rip off for what it is. Save your money, order elsewhere.

I normally wouldn't leave a bad review with Lazy Dog and it's affiliates, but this was EXTREMELY disappointing. Jolenes was advertised as something "amazing and delicious" but I'm sorry to say it was nothing but completely short of that. Either there was too much sauce, or not enough, the flavor? Sad to say non-existent. The cajun fries had more oomph than the wings. They were bland, unappealing and just not all the hype that it's cracked up to be. When my family picked up the order, our food seemed to be warm but opening the boxes, and tasting one, found it to be cold still in the middle. That's not okay. Overall it needs SERIOUS improvement... I love Lazy Dog but, Jolene's wings and beer does not even cut it.

Unfortunately, this is not worth your money. We just got an order from here via DoorDash and it was AWFUL. Food arrived cold and seemed like the wings have been sitting out alllllll day long. Bit into maybe 2 and they were hard as rock/stiff. It was honestly awful. The fries arrived cold and just all together I'd say don't waste your time. They do a great job at the pics online. And then you get them... and ya... looks like frozen nugget bites that you can buy from Walmart for a whopping $1.99 in a giant bag. Not worth $10-13 For 6 hard/cold wings.

I hate leaving a bad review but Lazy Dog (where Jolene's is located- within another restaurant) was awful. The website is just a marketing scheme to convince people of this "trendy new spot" that is just a chain restaurant taking advantage of the fact that people are frequently ordering from home. They told me it would be ready in 20 minutes, when I got there I had to wait another 20 minutes while they found my order because there was only one poor guy having to do all the back and forth, packaging, etc so there was constantly like an 8 person line wait. Saw the manager walk out front, he didn't care to say anything to all these people waiting. So anyways, when I get home I'm like all tired and cold and super pumped for the wings. Bruh. Soggy as hell and cold. Man I was disappointed, this didn't look like the cool pics online :( flavor was ok tho. Got a random extra fry and sweet potato nugget with my rly sad looking wings. Pics from website for comparison at the bottom. I know it's hard for some businesses during covid (this was only a Monday night and they were poppin) but I feel like Lazy Dog was taking advantage of the situation. They already have a dope restaurant, just cancel the jolene's thing.. it's not cute
