Came in here on a late Saturday afternoon and I was very surprised at how dead it was! No problem for us because that meant quick service. The restaurant was very clean and inviting. There was a screen to order for yourself or you could approach the register to be assisted by an employee. The gentleman who took our order was extremely friendly and helpful. Even after we got our food and began eating he checked on us a bit after to see if the food was good and if we needed anything else. Tables were bussed shortly after customers left which is a relief since not a lot of places do this as often anymore unless brought to their attention. We ordered Kiki's Fries (shoestring) and 3 wings/3 tenders combo. It was our first time here as we usually frequent the Elk Grove location. Although our shoestring fries were cooked more than I'd like the meat was still good and plentiful. My husband didn't mind the fries. My son ate half his combo, keep in mind this meal comes with fries too. When eating at Kiki's you're always bound to have leftovers. They always taste just as great, if not better, when reheated in the air fryer!

We just moved to the area and wanted to find a place with great chicken tenders. We were VERY let down. I believe they go to Costco to buy the chicken tenders, and then just deep fry them! The only thing great about this place was the option of dipping sauces.

I had been hearing about Kiki's Chicken Place for quite a while and had been wanting to try it. Over this past weekend circumstances worked out for that to happen, until then I hadn't even noticed there was one in Folsom. The girl at the front counter greated us when we came in and was friendly and inviting. We explained it was our first time trying KIki's and she was helpful in providing some information on the menu and menu items. She was also patient as we decided on our selections. The atmosphere was nice and typical of a strip mall type smaller restaurant. When our food arrived it was definitely just cooked and very hot. The chicken was good and our dipping sauce choice of jalapeño ranch spiced it up. The tots were very good, as were the fries. Over all we had a good meal and experience.

This place is really good. Their chicken is delicious, especially when it's a part of a Kiki fry. Service is very iffy. The cashier could either be the nicest person or not even acknowledge you walking through the door. While the food is good, the service really throws me off sometimes.

Ordered a chicken sandwich. Chicken was cold and had no flavor. Decent amount of fries. The soap was out in the bathroom and I told the lady at the counter. I was eating my lunch saw her playing on her phone, figured no one was in there at the time and she went back to fill the soap. Finished lunch and of course soap wasn't filled. Annoying things like this is why people leave reviews. Especially after eating greasy food and you can't wash up.

Absolutely love Kiki's! I wish they had them statewide! I moved to Lodi which is about an hour from where I used to live (near Kiki's). They don't have one here which is disappointing. You can bet we visit every chance we get! Their Kiki Tots and wing combos with garlic fries are to die for!!! Their fries are always perfect! Try them, you won't regret it?
Service was fairly quick considering it was the lunch rush. I ordered the lemon pepper wings with shoestring fries. The fry on the wings was super crispy and the seasoning was great, but I did think the wings were a smidge dry. Fries were delicious and a really big portion.
Pretty hard to order from a place that either hangs up on you, or doesn't answer the phone at all.

I had a very disappointing experience at this place. The cashier's attitude was extremely rude, and it seemed like she treated every customer poorly. To make matters worse, when there was an issue with my order, she insisted that I was the one who made the mistake regarding the sauce, despite the clear note I provided specifying that I wanted one of my sauces on the side, not all of them. Throughout the interaction, she continued to converse with her co-worker and kept staring at us, making the experience incredibly unpleasant. I cannot recommend this place at all.

Having third party delivery drivers prepare drinks goes against most health department regulations about who prepares food and under what conditions. There's no hand washing sink, we're touching the tops of the cup like? drivers are coming in after handling their phones and whatever else is in between them and the food that needs delivered it's not rocket science.
