I placed an order online and when I arrived to pick up the food, there is a sign saying use the kiosk and there's zero employees at the register. No thank you. I do not want to lose the right to actually speak to a human, if there's an issue with my order. I am done eating at McDonald's.

Do not EVER Doordash from this place. They make it super difficult for Dashers for NO REASON. They want you to waste your gas and your time trying to find parking, then shutting your car off and waiting forever next to their "side door" and then restarting your car instead of just handing you the order through the EMPTY drive thru. I guess when they have NO DASHERS who want to take orders from here, they'll learn their lesson. But by then it will be too late.

I go to this location often, and every time I'm disappointed and keep going back hoping things would be different, only they're not. Never has a McDonald's been so consistent in getting things wrong Tham this one. Asking for light ice means only half the cup is full, the sweet tea is never sweet. My latest trip I got the most watered down sweet tea you can imagine (with a half cup of ice on top of it). The color was clear, with a hint of amber, the manager tried a sip and said no, it's good. I told him I've been drinking mcds sweet to for over 20 years, and that this was sweet water, nothing else. He went back and brought another container and this one was dark, literally night and day difference. Only it wasn't sweet tea, he added a pump of sugar into it and gave it to me. I'll die of thirst before I go this location ever again. Too many times too many chances, this location is pure garbage. Not even going to comment on the "mini ice cream cone" they gave me lol.

SLOWEST mcdonalds ever. And don't think you can avoid it by taking the drive-thru, that's even worse. They have a split drive-thru with two lanes that can take orders, but don't expect them to take you in the order you arrive. You will watch three or more cars that arrived after you get their orders taken before yours; and if you decide to change lanes because maybe the one you are in is broken, expect to watch more people pass through the lane you were just in.

We had walked in was grunted at as a greeting instead of a hello... Tried to order a drink and she had already refused to hit the button so we could pay for one and on top of that they forgot our fries and we had asked for a new sprite freeze they are doing and she had handed us a regular sprite ... And that's just the beginning ... I will not be coming back to this location again... The lady's name that it says on the receipt is sidel when in fact her name is niomie... We went back up and had to ask for her name ... When I went to exchange the regular sprite with the correct one she ignored me and I had to ask another employee to exchange it and when I also realized we didn't get our fries she came up to the counter and tried to tell me she put them in the bag so I brought the bag back up and showed her there was no fries she continues to try and argue with me rolled her eyes and threw a bag of fries at me
