I was there yesterday, Friday night, and there was a young lady that was extremely rude and non-communicative. I would highly suggest getting people that want to come to work, working at the facility. Highly suggest some customer service training.

Loyal Customers, however Son and I cannot eat dairy. We spend way to much money at this place to have one option, Pineapple! Literally come here at least 4 times a week with a family of 4, not anymore. Will stop by to see the flavors and if you can't put a vanilla or chocolate vegan option back, we will simply go some place else.

I just got myself and my kids yogurt this afternoon, and as I was paying with cash, the cashier dropped the coins in my daughter's yogurt. Then proceeded to pull them out with her ungloved fingers, and then told us it was fine. She was a nice girl, but come on, that was disgusting. I had to scrape off a bunch of my daughter's ice cream to throw it away, and she was devastated. The employee just kept saying "it's okay" and "don't worry about it". ?♀️
Showed up around 12 and they were closed went to the stores in the center and came back to see if they are open and they were still closed

So many flavors, peanut butter and chocolate is always my go to. The hot peanut butter sauce was over the top delicious!!!! I don't think I can have it any other way now. Fun atmosphere, can't wait to go back!

Menchie's is my favorite frozen yogurt business in the Folsom area. One of my favorites is the No Sugar Added Vanilla (25 calories per ounce) but not always available. Vanilla and Chocolate swirl is a great option at 35 calories per ounce. Yogurts are made with California milk, plus there are vegan options. Store is clean, hand sanitizer near the yogurt cups, and a tip jar. Started keeping my own spoon and napkin in the car to eliminate some waste. Staff is polite and friendly. Rewards program is a nice plus.
