Ordered from doordash and we only got a half order of grilled cheese, no turkey sandwich, and no salad. Ordered again and we got soup without ordering soup. How do you mess up such a simple order.

It’s December 7th 10:15am. My son and I weso in to have breakfast. The first thing is that I had to repeat our more than once. Also I had to ask for fresh coffee as what they had was old and cold. 20 minutes later still no food so I went back to find my sandwich sitting there not made the way I asked for which was only toasted and my sons order wasn’t even made as the two employees a blonde and brunette were both working in the one guys order together even though it was only a couple of sandwiches and he was flirting with them and they had no idea on anyone else waiting for their food either. So I asked her why my sandwich was cold and the other not made and she rolled her eyes and said I will do it now. You better believe I stayed watching as I didn’t trust her. I will NEVER go back as this is the one of many times u was treated this way. The Panera in Citrus Heights is excellent!

Panera has really gone downhill over the last few years. They used to be reasonably priced, clean , and the food good. But not only have a removed most of the items I used to enjoy (their clam chowder was to die for), but now they charge full restaurant pricing, yet are still expected to get your food from the counter and bus all your dishes, and now you have to place the order yourself via kiosks), and their restaurants are disgusting. It doesn't matter what city or time of day, there's trash all over the place, the drink dispenser has syrup and muck sprayed all over it and is out of ice , the iced tea dispenser has no lid and is empty, and there is never anyone taking orders. You have to place the order yourself at a kiosk, which I wouldn't mind except the computer system doesn't update, and will say the location is out of certain items, even though they aren't (and vice versa). Panera used to be a weekly event for me, but I doubt I'll be back ever again

Panera Bread management needs to offer higher pay to attract workers. Did a Rapid Pickup order and got the notification that it was ready. Went there and they did not even start making my order. Had to wait 15 minutes. The couple of workers were backed up with a long todo list. Seriously the management needs to hire more people with attractive pay.

This store is always out of ingredients. Our visit today they were out of more than half of their breads, including baguette. This shouldn't happen for a bread store. Looking behind the counter, the place looks like a mess. Floors are filthy.

this location has an indoor outdoor fireplace & the seating is always available..i enjoy the outside seating..Parking: located directly next to the parking structure..

My was just a few minutes late ⏰ and I had to wait After a couple who didn’t know what to order when they walked in and I made my order ONLINE 2 HRS ahead of them then they ordered My order and didn’t even eat all of it while I was STILL WAITING FOR MY ORDER, So NO, they did not deserve a tip! Oh, it was a Rainy day!⛈️⛈️☔️☔️?️?️?️?️???

I had a pleasant visit at this location! Now at first, I was a little disappointed because I ordered the spinach and bacon soufflé, using the kiosk, not realizing that they don't have that available so instead, they gave me the spinach and artichokes soufflé! To compensate for the bacon, since they have them available for sandwiches, the chef chopped up some bacon bits for me so I can put it on top and my God it was amazing! Great service overall and nice ambience!
