Definitely will not be coming back to this place. The owner or manager Victor was super rude and disrespectful to the staff there. Instead of yelling at your staff and just standing there doing nothing please lead by example next time and be a good role model. I highly suggest this individual gets some retraining just so he can learn how to give some actual quality customer service.

I've been coming here nearly once a week for over a decade. The owner is very accommodating to the numerous allergies in my family. The store is always immaculate and the service is next level!Dietary restrictions: My son has a severe seizure allergy and his pizza is ALWAYS made fresh in the back so there is no risk of cross contamination.

It's take and bake pizza, not much to say about the place. It is a decent deal for the money though as long as your willing to bake it at home. I would suggest letting your oven preheat and if you have one a pizza stone so you get a crispy crust on the bottom. Let it preheat for a good 20

Pizza was perfect! I'll definitely be back for more. But no more salads. Yikes! The prepared salad we received was disgusting. Unfortunately, we didn't know until we got home because the giant label plastered over the cover of the salad container cleverly hid the extremely poor quality of the salad. The edges of most of the lettuce leaves were discolored (brown), as if the salad had been prepared days before. That salad should've been thrown out and never given to a customer. Next time I pick up a pizza, I will plan to go out of my way to make my own salad.

The shop is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. We walked in to order pizza. This was my first ever visit to this Papa Murphy's. The ordering was easy and we were in and out in under 18 minutes for two pizzas even with two customers ahead of us. The shop is in a plaza with plenty of easily accessible parking spaces. A 12 inch medium cheese is $15, a 14 inch large is $16, and 16 inch family is $18. It is $1.50 for each additional topping. Yup, prices have totally increased but that seems to be typical of all businesses. The menu states the large size can serve 2-3 people. We ordered two. From my experience, the estimated serving size was about right. And they did have actual size pizza pans on the wall, I found that to be a helpful visual. The pizzas are plastic wrapped securely. The toppings were tidily placed on top of the pizza. Each pizza is packaged with baking instructions. I followed those directions. I threw the pizzas in the oven with the provided disposable baking sheet right into the baking racks. So no additional pan needed. The pizzas are not precut, you can cut them however you want. They came out beautifully baked. Soft crust with an outer crisp bake. Cooked through from the edges to the center. (I do not have photos of the baked pizzas... folks tore into these before I could take pics). The pizzas were not bad tasting and also not destination driving worthy tasting either. But I do like the concept of ready bake pizzas, it gives me the flexibility to bake when it is convenient versus ordering one cooked and having to reheat to serve if not eaten right away.

Calzones super SUCK. The dough is VERY thin, too greasy, and minimal ingredients. SO Disappointing- was looking forward to a nice soft bread crust like their stuffed pizzas, but no, it is like beyond super thin, and added some kind of oil brushed on the inside. Called the store to talk to the manager, he started off with “we have been making calzones all day”…not the right approach for me to be sure.

To the owner: whoever worked here on 5/13/2023 around 8pm messed up our order. I did not realize it until we got home. We asked for regular crust and they gave us think crust. And I am attaching the pictures. The ingredient was not evenly distributed and a whole amount of dough was showing. It is the first time I am getting this quality from this location i am putting this review so hopefully the owner will know who they hired on this day

There are no prices until after you order so you have no idea regarding cost until you order. The person I spoke with offered no help other than to agree that I should go elsewhere.

In a time of expensive food, Papa Murphy's offers great value and taste. The gourmet veggie is my favorite.

Very clean place. Natalie did a great job ringing up all the orders from everyone in line then put those gloves on and helped assemble the pizzas. She's very friendly and efficient. On a very rainy day this sure beats driving all the way to Sellands in EDH for my absolute favorite brick oven pizza. Take n bake not the same as cooked on site but Papa Murphy's is better than most of the others in Folsom.

Kudos to Victor and his crew at Papa Murphy's Folsom! Been a Papa Murphy's customer, all over the state, for almost 30 years now because Papa Murphy's has always been my favorite place to go to get quality good tasting pizza for a reasonable price and I would have to say this location in Folsom is the best! Very friendly and helpful stuff, fresh looking ingredients like they had just been washed and prepped about 30 seconds ago while the store is absolutely spotless including the front windows! So if you like Papa Murphy's or want to check Papa Murphy's for the first time I would highly recommend this one here in Folsom.

Pizza to save the day! I love how easy it is to freshly bake pizza when you're ready! It cuts down on the prep work and the mess that usually comes with making your own pizza heheh Don't forget to check in as well for your free cookie dough! With the pizza and the free dessert, this is such a great deal! They also have daily deals available. It's also cost effective to size up from Large to Family size! Definitely worth it! Parking can be tricky because it's in a shared parking lot... otherwise it's not too bad. Are usually call ahead to place my order so that it can be ready in no time. Once an order is placed over the phone you can just grab it in the cubbies on the right.
