Today I picked up pizza for the customer. I stood quietly and waited for the employee to serve the client, then she started talking on the phone and it lasted more than 10 minutes. Meanwhile, my pizza was ready and lying on the shelf, cooled down... and the worker kept talking on the phone. I couldn't stand it and asked to give me a pizza for the customer, to which she rudely replied so that I could wait a minute... this coin still lasted as much as three and only after that she finished talking on the phone and began to teach me to be patient, she said all this in a very rude form. I let myself notice that she was rudely talking to which she answered me so that I would never go to this pizzeria again. I have a question, customers who order online, don't they have the right to get fresh and hot pizza? Didn't they pay that much money? And why do such rude workers work in such places?

This place we ordered a hour a go and they get here hours late and then the disrespect that your employees showed us was rude and they did not bring the exact change come on Macdonalds Grubhub can do better than this garbage place

I mean if I could if I could give them a 0 I would!!! I called this place because we had already tried Pete's pizza before so I just wanted to try a place closer. The lady that answered the phone was hella rude!!! She asked me where did I want the food delivered to I told her that I was staying at the Hampton inn! She said what's the address I told her then she acted like she didn't hear me and say excuse me I said 155 Placerville road !!! I told her that I wanted half gourmet chicken and half pepperoni (X-Large) she was like okay. She didn't ask me about the crust or nothing the next thing she says is how much it was gonna be and that they don't accept 50 dollar bills or 100 so I was like okay well I am gonna send 60 so do they send change she says ma'am they only carry 20 dollars in change!!! I NEVER GOT MY CHANGE! She said she was gonna have him to bring change. So when the guy shows up he is looking for me to give him the money I told him they didn't send you no change he says no! My advice is if you're thinking wanting pizza just call PETES Pizza instead I am sure your order will be great!

I called this evening to place an order for takeout. I want to compliment Justice who answered the phone. The professionalism, friendliness, & accuracy of placing a large order was impressive. Justice you have amazing customer service & are great at your job! Thank you for a great experience!

Do not go here new management has completely ruined the place it should be. All staff you once loved have been pushed out and no longer work there! Take your business elsewhere! They do not treat their employees with any respect!

The round table in Folsom ca on e bidwell is extremely racist. I ordered before several other non black customers and watched the staff make their food before mine beating that I’m black.

If you're looking for a place to enjoy a pizza buffet, I'm sorry to say that this location may no longer be the best choice for you. As a previous customer, you may be disappointed to learn that the restaurant no longer offers this popular feature, which was likely the main reason for your visits in the past.It's always a shame when a restaurant removes a popular item or feature from its menu, especially if it's something that customers have come to love and expect. It's understandable if this change has affected your opinion of the location and makes you less likely to return.

I love round table, and this place is no exception. It's my favorite pizza in Folsom... which is kinda because the bar is low, but also because round table pizza is so consistent and delicious

I've been a very loyal customer of this Round Table for many years, ordering weekly for at least a decade. Tonight we ordered a pizza to be delivered at 6:00. At 6:20 we didn't have it so I called and the person that answered the phone said the delivery driver had "just left." At 6:40, I got a text saying my pizza would be delivered at 7:04. I called back and got the same guy, who said it should be here any minute, then he said Door Dash picked it up at 6:30 (after I had called the first time). He said everything was Door Dash's fault and there was nothing he could do. I asked for a manager. She, too, had several different stories about when it was taken out and when it would be delivered, though she assured me it was not being delivered by Door Dash. They were clearly just trying to get me off the phone with no regard to telling me the truth. When the pizza arrived (delivered by Door Dash) it had obviously been out of the oven for a very long time. It was cold. I was a Round Table manager for many years. Lying to the customer and setting bad expectations to get yourself off the hook is the worst thing you can do. Tell your customer the truth, even if you made a mistake. I'm going to see if the Round Table on Riley will deliver to me. If not, I'll find a different pizza place. It's a shame because Round Table Pizza will always be my favorite.
