I love coming into this Starbucks! The staff is very friendly, they always have the merchandise and drinks in stock, and it's just convenient to pick up a drink as I'm doing my grocery shopping. The manager, Kimberly, is very knowledgeable and answers all of my questions regarding the app and recommends great drinks. The staff is always very friendly and willing to try any creation I come in asking for whether I'm just telling them flavors I'm in the mood for or I'm giving them the latest TikTok recipe. Highly recommend stopping by! They are slightly limited in their offerings due to being a licensed store, but that's beyond their control. Thank you for all you do Safeway Starbucks!!

This is my favorite Starbucks in the area! The quality is always consistent, which is a big deal for me. I love knowing my drink will always be made right. Kim and her baristas are great at recommending yummy new drink ideas too. With the holidays coming up, I will be here constantly to get my fix.

Where has Customer service gone? Starbucks USED to be an energetic positive company with cross the board great customer service culture. Such is no longer. The last several times I have stopped at what used to be one of my favorite places has been terrible service and experience. Stopped in real quick for a coffee and an egg bite. 1 register for "training " but NOT to actually check out, 1 for order and check out and 1 for online orders. 4 check out people and 1 barista. Got in, just before the rush. Ordered, paid at the ONE register working. While waiting for my order the rush came in... I browsed shopped. Found a cup I wanted. My order came up, got my order went over to the online register that was empty.... And asked if I could just purchase the coupe with her to avoid having to stand in the NOW very long line for the ONE order register. She said "no" I would have to go stand back in the order line.... Mind you 2 REGISTERS empty!!!! 3 cashiers (1 training) STANDING there and 1 Barista working her butt off..... I left without purchasing the cup and probably will be the last time I go to Starbucks again. Dutch brothers has better customer service.

This Starbucks has the friendliest team members of all the coffee shops in Folsom and EDH. It's out of my way, but it's worth the detour on the way to work

I've been going to this location for quite a while now and I cannot recall a bad experience I've had. The staff is very friendly and they know what they're doing. Great environment, great drinks, and great service!

actually horrible lmao. not only do the baristas not know how to make the drinks but it takes forever to get the drink as well. took me 10 mins at the register because the guy didn't know how to find the button to make my drink iced. Every single time i go there they mess up my drink. hate them

Well, I don't visit Starbucks as often now since it's COVID so my wallet is getting thinner and my waist is getting thicker. Stopped by yesterday and saw the baristas prepared iced water for high school kids. The world is short staffed so be nice to the ones that showed up, especially the ones that are awesome.

With a business like Starbucks, the main differentiation from location to location is the people that are serving you. Here, the service is always top notch: friendly staff, drinks are prompt and delicious, and the store is clean. And, if you come in regularly, they remember you and are happy to see you again. As far as logistics, there is plenty of outdoor and indoor seating and parking is easy. It is also very easy to walk to if you live in the surrounding apartments or housing developments. Starbucks the way Starbucks should be.

I have been to this Starbucks only a handful of times, but I have to say the staff here is on point. They know many customers by name, they greet everyone and say goodbye to all. Nice to see people happy!

Horrible horrible horrible customer service!! I came in today to get a simple 50 cent refill and the SUPERVISOR told me she could not honor it because I got my drink at another location. So I explained to her that I would have gone to that location but my car was towed due to it over heating and I spent my lunch to walk up to that location because it was close, her response to me was "well I'm not going to honor it at my store" completely rude!!! She should not be a supervisor with that attitude!

I have frequented this Starbucks for years! When I lived in Davis, I would have to come this direction to see my ophthalmologist annually. So it was the closest Starbucks and by default the one I would go for my blueberry scone and extra hot latte after my appointment. It was one of the smaller Starbucks located in a corner of a nondescript Shopping Center. Living in the area now and being nearby this Starbucks location and wanting a treat I stopped. Wow...post virus visit sure different! Of course that was not a surprise. I knew what to expect. But the surprise was the enthusiasm of the employees and the upbeat, friendly attitude of everyone. Given the pretty dismal environment... no tables, no chairs, few customers... it was quite uplifting to be surrounded by these happy people. So this short review is to say thank you to Seth, Hailey and Ashley for brightening my day! You all rock!

Went in to grab groceries from Safeway, thought I would get a coffee but the girl at the counter told me she couldn't serve me because my facemask had tiny holes in it and it wasn't good enough. Be aware. I would never go back in there again.
