Looks like this subway is under new ownership, i used to go there couple years ago but the service is so bad. Now under the new owners this place is alive again. The service was spectacular the food felt fresh and the whole experience was great. Definitely

Went into Walmart and saw there was a subway so I decided to grab myself a meal. I was greeted by a guy who sorta had a little attitude because it was busy. He seem to be the only one working with someone else maybe on break who I saw walk into the back.From the jump he was snappy when I had asked about a meal and he said “well did you even look at the menu” I just ignored it. I ended up ordering the beast and I know I was skimped out on my meat.

In going to tell you honestly, I prefer Jersey Mike's over any sandwich shop. I have been around this particular Subway for almost 3 years now, and have eaten here occasionally. The food is good, the customer service is great. There are now, NEW OWNERS AND NEW MANAGEMENT. it has changed in quality and service for the better. Just got a sandwich yesterday, 1/4/24, and had an amazing experience. If you haven't been to this Subway before, I advise you do. In Folsom, around Riley and Glenn, inside Walmart. You won't be disappointed!!!!

Hubby and I ordered through their rewards app and scored some great deals on their footlongs! I ordered their Meatball Sub on multi grain with provolone, parmesan and extra pickles for this happy pregnant lady!! Hubby was the one who picked up the order, it's conveniently located inside Walmart Folsom and staff are very efficient! I would HIGHLY recommend this location and we'll definitely be returning, lunch meat is off the table for this pregnant lady and I LOVE Subway meatball subs! Happy National Stay at Home Because You're Well Day, a good enough excuse to order take-out! SYOY! :-)

Decent customer service, but expect diarrhea. This happened a couple weeks ago. We were in a rush but there was a father and son at the cash register for 10 minutes, communicating to another person on the phone. It was very irritating, but diarrhea is unacceptable. This means that the employees aren't refrigerating correctly or things aren't clean.I ordered a turkey sandwich toasted on white bread with shredded cheese and olives. I guess that's enough to give diarrhea.
