My Hubby and I love their rewards app, they just always have such great deals including Bogo subs and other great deals! I am currently pregnant so my hubby asked for EXTRA pickles and Parmesan on multi grain with classic provolone cheese and let me tell you, they delivered!! This sammy was piled HIGH with pickles and just covered in Parmesan cheese!! I've been to other locations and after devouring this footlong, this is my favorite one! I would HIGHLY recommend this location and we'll definitely be returning, thank you Subway for filling this pregnant woman's cravings! Since cold cuts are on the no no list for me, meatball subs are in and no one makes a meatball sub quite like you do! SYOY! :-)

GHC had a great experience with the owner of Subway at Orangevale. She was very accommodating about our request and restrictions. She served us with excellent sandwiches that fed almost 120 students, teachers, and parent volunteers. Thank you for the excellent service and delicious sandwiches!

It's just a travesty to walk into a business and the employees are sitting in chairs behind the counter glued to their phones. I stand their waiting to order a sandwich and it takes another employee to walk out and tell one of them to get up and take my order. SMH

Love the concept but they are just too corporate and all about the dollar. Not about the food. It's low grade food, you get 1 little piece of meat and then some veggies. But it's basically a veggie and bread sandwich. Just not appetizing. They had very good customer service but that was the only positive. $17 for barely a sandwich, chips and a drink is not a good deal.

I went to the location at 8:04 on a Sunday and the workers were in location door locked and would not service us although the closing hours on the door said 830pm

Worst service ever! I've come to this Subway for years. It has gone completely downhill. I walked in and was the only customer there. There were two people behind the counter. One lady was making a salad to go, and a guy was stocking shelves. She said they would "be right with me". But instead she went over and talked to the guy about the phone order. Finally, she called him over to start my order. He made one of my sandwiches but not tge 2nd one. I had to tell him 3 times it needed to be toasted. He said "don't worry". After wrapping my first sandwich and putting it in a bag, I told him he still needed to make the second sandwich. But instead he goes and starts working on a phone order. At that point, 2 other people walked in, and a third employee helps them. I'm still waiting for someone to make my 2nd sandwich! I spoke up and said "I am still waiting on my second sandwich". Meanwhile, they are ringing up the couple. Finally, the lady that was working the phone order came over and made my second sandwich. The Italian bread is over cooked and hard. Horrible service! I will not be going back to this subway ever again! (I used to do restaurant reviews for local magazines.) Avoid it like the plague!
