They close earlier than their listed time... A couple of times when I went 15 or 20 minutes before closing time they were already closed... I don't understand why they close early in the first place... Really inconvenient.. Service is decent once you are inside... Subway also tastes great... . I would have given a 5 star otherwise except for early closing...

If I could give this nasty place negative stars, I would. There was a bug in my sandwich. This place ruined all subways for me. I've been to this location a few times, and each time, I've had terrible experiences. Their customer service is just as bad as their sandwiches...like pick a struggle. Avoid this place if you don't want to get sick.

I tried calling to see if I could pick up an order on my lunch break. No answer. Walked in, there were 5 employees in the store. 2 customers max. When I ordered my sandwich I also asked for 6 in and they totally gave me a foot long which is fine but annoying. I wanted them to redo it or at least charge me for a 6in. Didn't respond. Then I asked for a large water cup because I wanted to fill my hydro up. They charged me for a 40 oz soda. I've worked in food for most of my minimum wage career, and this is ridiculous. Customer service is horrible. Management needs either a pay raise or needs to be fired because no one at this location is motivated to provide good service to their guests. I feel bad for the workers in there. They seem overworked. I'm not one to treat the people that make my food with disrespect, but this needs some handling @subway!!!

This location rarely ever participates in promotions. It's not worth ordering from them anymore when there are several other nearby subways who accept promos. Won't try here anymore.

I'm disappointed with the customer service and lack of pricing communication and probably won't go to Subway with the increased pricing nowadays. I've used BOGO coupons and could always get the Sub of the Day but the worker this time says cannot be combined with other offers and I'm confused. Secondly, I had one toasted sandwich and one not toasted and guess which one they decide to charge for-- the hot one when I told them to charge for the cold one and argued that it is more valuable. No, they are the same price. And they wouldn't toast the sandwich afterwards.

I've eaten at many sandwich places, and many subways, but this place stands out. I drive a little further to eat here. Always fresh, they take pride in their work. The bread is always soft and fresh. The produce is always fresh. The cookies are always fresh. The same can't be said about other places.
It was Bed, Bath and Beyond. They have bedding, bathroom items and the Beyond is all the other stuff you didn't know you needed until you went to the store.
