From been the best in Northern California to just a mediocre joint comparable to cheap food court style ! Place was sold by original owners that were pretty tired ! New ownership slaughtered the place !

Buyer beware!!!! when we went to this restaurant our bill came to $41 but when we got home we noticed online they charged our card $80. Leaving 5 stars because the food is always good and they claimed it was an accident..... make sure they don't have any "accidents" with your bill!!!!

My wife and I came here for lunch. We ordered the curry chicken and the Mongolian beef with a side of cheese puffs and white rice. The Mongolian beef was just ok but the star of our lunch was the curry chicken. The curry chicken was great. The Cheese puffs is where the meal could have had some improvement, maybe a little chives or something, not just lava hot and runny cream cheese. But for the most part a good place to eat. I will try some other dishes next time.

Ordered sesame chicken and chow mein. Chow mein was ok but the chicken was unfortunately pretty gross and not enjoyable at all. Way too much sauce to the point where it was beyond soggy and falling apart. There should be some crunch and there was none. Veggie spring roll was good. Will not be ordering from here again.

I love the vegetarian options. We always order their bbq pot fried rice and chowmein. Their pricing is affordable and food was worth it.

Restaurant was cold so obviously the food came out and was immediately cold. Wait staff on break was sitting at a table behind us blaring videos on his phone, and whatever he was watching didn't sound too pleasant. No wonder the restaurant was completely empty. I'd find somewhere else to eat.

This place is terrible ! Don't waste your money. Shrimp tasted bad in the wonton soup didn't even offer to take it off just left it there. Bathroom in need if some kind of new flooring or steam clean.

We've eaten here before and have come as a pack. This last time there were about 15 of us and much to our astonishment, the three tables, which were all connected, all ordered a variation of Orange chicken. I ordered lemon chicken and the 3rd table ordered Honey chicken. It would have been helpful if we had discussed who was ordering what, but that's ok, it was good. Someone else ordered curry chicken, you would have thought we were avoiding beef but weren't doing that at all. The only thing that was off was that the shrimp egg foo young came out deconstructed, that's a no-no because we want the big, fluffy egg patties with brown gravy. We only eat authentic Chinese cuisine. Also, everyone seemed to get the same fortune out of their fortune cookie but that's minor stuff. It was something like - "you will meet someone interesting today."

Food is good but everything tends to have the same flavour and there fried rice doesn't seem to have any flavour. Service is good and atmosphere is similar to most Asian restaurants.

We decided to give Sunny Garden another shot. It used to be our go to place but the last couple of years it hasn’t been as good. So it was a delightful surprise to taste that it has vastly improved. We had an appetizer of cheese puffs, main dishes were orange chicken, honey walnut chicken, Mongolian beef, noodles with chicken and a vegetable dish of string beans. Everyone enjoyed the dishes. And you were given plenty.we had a lot of leftovers. Definitely will go again.

Tried to order by phone here, but when I looked up the number on Google at 8:30 pm on the dot, they were closed. What restaurant closes before 9 on a Thursday night, which is the night of the work week more likely for working people to eat out? I would rate the food, but we went somewhere else that stayed open until 10 pm local. 8:30 closing is laughable. I will review the food if they are ever open when we usually eat dinner. Which is between 9 and 10 pm.
