The worst pinwheel Crunchwrap I've EVER had. Fell apart right out of the wrapper. The whole point is to heat that tortilla so it locks the filling in. Couldn't do it right... lame.

hi, so I came through the drive-through at around 11:30pm and I was waiting for about 15 or 20 minutes and I did not get an answer and I was just sitting there and so I pull out and I come around and I see a bunch of employees smoking marijuana in the dumpster and you could just smell it it reeked and I had tried to go back through the drive-through again and when I finally did get an answer I ordered and I pulled up and I I asked what's going on because this was my second time going through and he just said oh I'm sorry they were on their break and he also reeked of weed and I believe that this was one of the managersterrible experience overall and I am 100% not coming back because the service and the atmosphere was terrible but not only did it take forever just to get my order. My order came out wrong. I had requested no tomatoes because I am allergic and I made it clear that I was allergic but when I open my food, there is a bunch of tomatoes on it

Overall service is great but the food is a hit or a miss. Sometimes its fresh and full of ingredients but other times they use old ingredients and the food is lacking meat. I would definitely return but please improve food quality consistency!

Rude and very unprofessional service . One of the workers by name Nichole was sitting down in the lobby smoking a vape with marijuana , my order was incorrect. Is this the type of people Taco Bell hires at this location. I'm filing a complaint with corporate, this is unacceptable she needs to be fired

Pathetic service, 2nd time this has happened. Instead of Veggie Taco - they gave beef Taco . Since it was a take out , I couldn’t go back to complain. My little one had to settle with Nachos.
