I was looking for Ramen in the Folsom area on a rainy day and they certainly did not disappoint. Upon entering, approach the kiosk to order your ramen, the way you want it. If you're a party of 6, you'll have to wait to be seated. Take a number and they'll roll out your ramen and any appetizers you ordered.I had the black garlic ramen with a side of spicy sauce. The broth was flavorful and my favorite part. I added the spicy sauce (only comes as a side) and it was perfect.While not the best ramen I've ever had, they seem to produce consistently Stella ramen. I'd recommend giving them a shot.

The ramen was amazing and huge. Medium was almost more spice than my inner spice wuss could handle but it was so full of flavor that I kept going back in. The bowl was huge so I got to do it over for dinner.

Japanese style noodles and rice dishes are almost all delicious here. You place your order on a large tablet, and then choose a table. They bring your food out to you. We've enjoyed almost all the dishes we've tried (although I don't recommend the chicken curry item). Very clean, no styrofoam or plastic utensils (unless you do takeout probably).
