I work for a large and reputable healthcare provider.... We had a retirement party in the clinic for a co-worker... She's been with this medical facility for 31 years!!! Two weeks in advanced, we placed a food catering order. The day of the retirement party- we were all excited; the retiree was happy; the room was nicely decorated... In the afternoon we began to worry because Accents had not delivered our food. We attempted to call them, to no avail! We tried emailing to contact us, to no avail! Some of the doctors began going across the street for a quick bite.... the rest of us did not know what we were going to eat...I ended-up eating stale fries from McDonalds....! The festivities quickly vanished! According to them, they cancelled our order the day before... When we checked the email of the person that placed the order, they had cancelled our order at 4:30p!!!!! The day before!!! The person who placed order leaves at 4:15pm and did not get to the clinic/party at approximately 12:30pm!!! We did not know the order was cancelled until after our lunches had began or had ended!!! According to one of the doctors that has been here for years, he knows of three other times Accents Catering has unexpectedly cancelled! This catering company is unreliable- we will never order from them again! P.S..... The food is not good! My dishes have been so bad in the past, I've thrown them away! And I hate wasting food! The retiree happens to like this place...who knows...!

They are full service and are prepared to cater every need from rentals to bartenders and servers for your party from start to finish. Amazing catering company. I hired them for a bridal shower event on 08/21/2016 and dealt with Denise only. Her service was beyond helpful and made things as easy as they could be for me. Originally we opted for Special Lunch Package #3- Sandwich Platter and got a great deal on it. Unfortunately, we had a change of heart as we wanted a heartier meal for our guests. We had a change of menu a week before the event and Denise could have not been more helpful. We finalized on Special Lunch Package #6- Meat Lasagna which came with Caesar salad and baguettes. The delivery came in promptly at 10:00 am like requested. The man set everything up himself without our help. I had previously told Denise our theme had burlap elements and she sent over burlap and mason jars w/flowers to decorate the food table to match the rest of the decorations. It blended in perfectly! I was so astonished at the portion of the lasagna, the pieces were HUGE! A lot of the guests cut the pieces in half to fit their portion needs and we weren't even able to clear off an entire platter of lasagna. haha the good thing is we were able to split if off and we all have left overs. Everyone was raving at how delicious the lasagna was, overall a great experience. I HIGHLY recommend it! Thank you so much Denise!!!! :)

Loved everything about them. I had Accents cater my wedding on April 9th and they blew me away. The staff was very friendly through the whole process. They went out of their way to make sure that everything day of would run as smooth as possible. They arrived on time to the event and remained friendly and professional throughout the night. All my guests loved the food and loved the staff. I would highly recommend this company to anyone searching for a caterer. Three of my guests are also planning for a wedding and right away wanted to book them. Accents catering- amazing food, amazing staff, at an unbeatable price. Accents Café is a great place because of the staff and the food quality. Mig, Larry, and Virginia make it is. They are friendly and hard workers. My favorite is the Club Sandwich - ham, turkey, cheese, bacon, lettuce, mayo, and tomato - tier layered. Yeah, the best. They also have my favorite breakfast item, the breakfast (B1) sausage/ham/bacon burrito. Loaded with egg, cheese, and choice of meat. And can't forget about their egg quesadilla. Like I said, the staff and food is what makes this is a great place to eat. (The sad thing is that their management don't really comply with the labor laws - they typically have their breaks or lunch when they can - no set hours - no back-up.) Anyway, yeah, other than that... it's GREAT for us.

Food is great, service is amazing, they are always professional and i just love coming here.. the entire staff makes it that much better.. Breakfast...yummy they always have my turkey bacon and 2 hard boiled eggs! French toast when you're starving, breakfast burrito full of goodness, lunch specials always are a bang for your buck OH YEAH! the twice baked potato - FREAKIN TO DIE FOR! I was advised to try it.. only about once a month do they service it so get yours while they are there! Of course - I'm always down

Accents made my holiday party a complete success! Not only were they amazingly accommodating but I was finally able to enjoy my own party for once. They were 100% professional, the food was not only good, but very reasonably priced. Well worth the extra weekend fee to get it fresh and beautiful. They arrived right on time, set up was fast and friendly, and many of my party guests asked about their services. I may never cook for my own party again! I put it in their hands and they did not disappoint. Elena was a dream to work with and she made my event a priority. I hope to work with her again in the near future and I won't hesitate to use Accents Distinctive Events for all of my parties.
