I think this is the best Albertos out of all of them. Some of them are pretty bad. Food here is great and fresh!

Visited drive thru got home and 1 of the order was missing from 5 meals,called and was told to drive back so they can verify I was missing asada fries, told him are you going to give me new food cause I'm not eating it cold, he said no. Ate put containers back in bags and took back, he checked containers and wala missing an order, all that to lose a $3k a year customer. Bye Bye

For my tastes this should have a lot of variety but the truth is the food has no flavor there sorry...But each person with their own tastes may be better for others if they like it.
I ordered nachos for 13.99. They weren't the same as I remember. The meat looked burnt with some strange looking piece of fat in it. It was suppose to have cheese but there wasnt any, only creama which had no flaver. I won't be having food delivered from Albertos again.

I have been living for 15 years and I visited this place for the 1st time on Sat. Between 3 and 4pmFood was good but customer service was bad when the girl gave us our food I didn't see the forks in the bag so I went and asked her for some and she got an attitude saying I put them in there look again I told her I don't see them and she said well I put them in there, all she had to just give us a couple of forks and that's it.

I went threw drive thru and I forgot to ask for a drink I get to the window and ask to add a drink nicely and the cashier with light blue hair had a nasty attitude. For adding a drink they need to learn how to give a good customer service.
