Where do I start. Food wasn’t cooked properly, nearly choked on a piece of chicken bone that happen to be in my chicken burrito. Also when did a chicken burrito become just chicken and uncooked cheese, it was god awful. The fries, tasted like they were microwaved. When did Bakers get so bad, before co-vid it was great. It’s definitely going down the path of closing. Quesadilla was some what cooked some of the cheese was melted and some of it wasn’t. The large Mr.Pibb was the only good thing out of the meal. Already feeling sick to my stomach from the food. I had high hopes. Guess we need a whataburger out here and get rid of Bakers.

Not generally my "go to" in a crunch, however, it was the first thing that popped into mind and sight. I ordered a taco burger with extra sauce (you already know ima saucy type of gal). I also asked that it be made a "combo" (small drink and fries). My bill was $8.08 which was not bad, I thought! Well....the line of just one...ME...solo in the drive thru....was quite long. I waited for 6 minutes for my food. I was thinking "ooooo....my fries are going to be fresh!" Welp....that wasn't the case. I drove straight home only to find out: My soda was FLAT...my fries were limp and warm.....and my taco burger was the damn size of a slider! Apparently when I said "small combo" that included the burger!!! The taste was "mehhhhh!" I feel cheated but then again that's what I get...I should have went somewhere else!

Just like so many other places I've come across, this location is having problems with keeping enough employees to run the store properly. The drive thru is open and the service was fine. We went there for their shakes because, for my friends daughter, nothing else will do. They did not disappoint.

This Baker's is literally right by my house and has been doing whatever they want for quite awhile now, they use to be one of the best ran Baker's, they are the only Baker's that makes their own hours, their staff lets you sit at the order box for a few minutes even when no one is in-line, then when you tell them what you want, they ask huh or are rude?, never really sure if they understood your order. Tonight I ordered 1 combination burrito and a small fry, the burrito wasn't the worst I've had there, but it was weird and different not the combination burrito I know and love and super salty??, why doesn't this Baker's have a pattern like the others?, it's caused me to not get Baker's so many times and I grew up on Baker's, sad.

If you like to take chances with your food, then you can gamble with this Baker's Drive Thru. The first tip off should have been the gang bangers walking around in the parking lot looking in people's cars. At that exact moment, I should have just driven away and not ordered from this location. But I was on the verge of getting hangary and decided to just order and get out of there as soon as possible. In retrospect, I should have just left and gone elsewhere. Now I know. I pulled up and ordered. Then drove up to pay. The lady was nice. I waited for about 5 minutes for my food. It came out and was not fresh tasting. It was sloppy. It didn't taste the way it should. It was off. I couldn't even finish my food. I ended up picking at my food here and there and tossing most of it in the trash. Bummer. I wouldn't go back here. In-fact, I have drive past it a couple times now, and I refuse to eat here. It's just not good.

Fresh and consistent... chicken and also the shredded beef quesadillas were pretty good. As of June 1st you need to request straws, napkins, salsa as they will not give them to you unless you ask.... Remembering to ask could be a problem....

The food is great, the service, terrible. Maybe they were having a bad day. The employees were friendly enough though.

I have not been here for a long time, I remember working for them when the restaurant was on Valley.

I went here to get their new Churro because I really wanted to try it, needless to say, I will never go there to get one again. When you try to call and complain you do not get the actual Baker's you went to, so I don't bother with that. It was so hard that it had to have been make days before. I couldn't eat any of it. I could have probably thrown it against the wall and it would have chipped it, that's how hard it was. The person that got it and put it in a bag for me, had to have felt this and should not have served it. Never again! They have changed so much lately and I don't think it has been for the batter. I used to go here at least 2 or 3 times a week. I go every one in a while because of things like this. It is a waste of my money and they are expensive. Not worth it anymore. Very disappointed in Bakers.

Lines always backed up and take 20+ min in the drive thru .it took them 10 min to take my order while I was waiting at the menu

HORRIBLE!!! They couldn't make food 30mins before closing? They close at 9 and it's 7:30. Hmmm sounds odd. Whoever owns this establishment needs to re group.

This place is terrible!!! stay away from it!!! They only have the drive-through open and it's super slow. When I went through it they Only had two person working. I asked the person what was going on and they said that they were cutting down on staff. Makes absolutely no sense!!! Do not Waste your time eating here!!! I been to other Bakers in Fontana and they don't have this problem... so I presume it has to do something with management!!! Bad business

First of all, there was a sign in the drive-thru that says DINING ROOM OPEN - maybe consider taking that down. We parked got out did the walk and encountered your locked doors. We kinda laughed at management when we saw the sign in the Drive-Thru on the opposite side of the building. It was 1:30PM, your dining room was NOT OPEN. Maybe a pandemic measure but several business are open in the area. We purchased two Mama Meal Ground Beef Burritos and a regular taco our bill was $25 dollars. The burrito was not worth it. The taste is fine but I think what we got was a junior size burrito maybe one scoop of meat, we still got a 32oz soda (always seemed excessive for a "Mama Meal") and at least the fries were hot. The value has definitely dropped over the past several years (maybe since Neal died?) while I realize you might blame the pandemic, it's been going downhill for a few years not before the pandemic. We're just coming to grips that a one time favorite is definitely not the same as it was. I'll give two stars but only for the taste of the food, but no stars for the value or service. For over 20 years, Bakers has been the first place we goto when we visit the area, that might change. Sad given our history with this place.
