Came around 12pm, there was a sign on the door that said “Will be back soon”. We waited for a couple minutes and saw someone come from the back through the window. She did not acknowledge us. We were assuming she was coming to open the door. I understand if she was on her break or lunch, but it shouldn’t be advertised that they are open at a certain time when they are not, or at least put a time one will be back so we know to wait or not.

I would give this place -100 stars if I could. This location and their workers are terrible, they need to hire a whole new staff.I arrived 2.5 hours late to pick up my cake order I placed 2 days in advance. When I made it to the store and told one of the workers I had a cake order to pick up, all 3 workers rushed to the back and started assembling the cake together even though it was supposed to be ready. I waited for 15 minutes while the workers gave me no updates but kept walking in and out of the back and looking at me. Finally, all 3 of them decided to come out and show me the most hideous cake ever. You could tell they didn't have the cake ready so they were trying to assemble it last minute. When they showed it to me, they asked "Is it okay?" as there was cupcakes falling off the cake and frosting all over the sides of the box since they rushed to put the cake in. I was so disappointed but I needed to take the cake because the occasion was for the day of, I couldn't wait any more. I will never order a cake from Baskin Robbins ever again. Those 3 girls ruined the special occasion I had with the ugliest cake they made last minute. Tell me, would you like this cake for your birthday? Would those workers who ruined my cake like it if they received something like that for their birthday?

Decided to stop by Monday it was crazy hot. Store was completely empty around 12:30ish. The girl Ashley seemed bothered that she had to do her job. I got banana royals no topping just bananas. She was ready to charge me. I said doesn't it come with them (picture shows it like a sundae) she did offer the sweet toppings even thou I asked for the picture. Then after the nuts I had to ask for fudge. I asked where is the whip cream again I have to ask for it WTF... worst ice cream sundae and experience I have ever received. Such a dry personality. I asked for a receipt or do I have to ask for it. She says "oh did you want it?" SMH Do better Baskin Robbins. Times are hard and people chose to spend our hard earned money at your store. For mediocre rude service and ugly ice cream sundaes I will be taking my business somewhere else so if y'all see Ashley on her name tag, make sure you either take your business elsewhere or ask for everything

I think Baskin-Robbins is doing a great job in such a competitive market. To me it caters to kids still and I love it. The shop was clean and they didn't have a lot of other ice cream left over drom scooping from different tubs because I hate that. We got a small for $4.98

I order a cake for my daughter's birthday party for April 15, 2023. Upon picking the cake up we received what looked like the clone of Coraline!!!!! It seemed that there was no time invested in putting our cake together, this after explaining to the girl in the store/manager over text a week prior our idea she assured us it would at least look decent. Upon picking the cake up the cake was melting. It appeared it was not refrigerated. I tried contacting the manager via message through instagram and she did not even take the time to respond. My daughter was crying on her special day looking at this cake. I was so embarrassed to my guest. Luckily I had some left over decorations and instantly tried to patch what was left of the cake. The worst experience ever! Please do research before you place your order here for a cake!

Azucena was really sweet. We've had her a few times. For some reason she was the only one on the floor. She has great customer service. Outta all the girls who've come to work there she is by far my daughter and my favorite employee. Thanks for being patient... I know I can be a Karen. But I care about businesses and customer service is what brings the money in.The one thing I don't like is that the machine doesn't let us tip. When I was at the Rialto store they had it ...You're cheating ur employees the opportunity to get tips. You could imagine that it's hard to tip when u have no cash to do so. Please consider it.

This is my local baskin robins, been here my 2nd time and Ashley always gives great customer service by communicating my order on option with my all time fave turtle cappuccino . Ive been to other baskin robins and noone makes the shakes like Ashley does ! Thank you Ashley! I hope your manager may recognize your efforts !
The girls are snotty in here. I came in for hand packed pints and because they didn't have them pre packed I had to have them pack them for me. The girl acted like I asked her to do the most awful thing in the world. She was very snotty about it. This isn't the only time these employees have been rude, it happens frequently. Hopefully they can get friendlier employees in there.

Only reason I added 5 stars is so it can be seen, first of all, I make a request for thick milk shake and she gives me a water down smoothie, I then proceeded to ask if she could add Oreo sprinkles on top and she looked me up and down and said "sure" and then proceeds to charge me 1.50 each for 3 crumbs of Oreo on each cup and proceeded to slide my cup at me and have it tilt and spill the 2 Oreo crumbs she poorly threw in. Honestly I couldn't be more disappointed, and before y'all chew me up I'm not over 150 pounds so I'm not a fat a**
