I ordered a custom cake for my daughter's birthday party when I arrived I receive this. I asked if they could pls fix it or refund me because this was really bad work , they say they couldn't do that but that they would refund me $9 for the picture. The young lady was extremely rude so I asked to speak to the manager this really trigger her, after a few calls to the manager they finally agree to refund me. The manager told the young girl she would do it, when I asked for proof of refund she said I would know the refund was done when it's back in my count and laughed, not wanting to go off on this kid I walked out with no cake and no proof of refund since they didn't want to provide one, so far my money is still not back on my account. I am extremely unsatisfied. I have order many custom cakes from Baskin Robbing but they have never been this bad.

Horrible business practice . Apologized and told me to go back tomorrow. Uh, no! I live in the high desert and have to order my cakes down the hill cause high desert doesn't carry chocolate fudge ice cream. Will never ever order from this location again!!!

Of course we came in on a hot day to get some frozen treats. When we walked thru the door, off top Daelexie's customer service was amazing! Her soft spoken voice was music to our ear's when she said they were doing taste test!! She was kind enough to Allow my Children the taste select flavors they weren't sure about.! Overall top tier customer service! We'll be back Daelexie, we appreciate your service!

I ordered a mint and chocolate chip milkshake. As you can see this not only doesn't look like a mint and chocolate chip shake, it doesn't taste like one either. So I kindly go up to the counter and tell the associate on duty that this doesn't taste like a mint and chip shake and she responded with "I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU". I respond with this shake taste like nothing but cream and the other associate tells me "it's probably the milk". As if the ice cream here isn't expensive as it is it also comes with bad attitudes and bad customer service. If I could give zero stars I would. To top it off. I asked the associate to please make me a new drink because the shake was not what I ordered and she charged me for a new drink! So I spent a total of $18.87 on a drink and 3 scoops if ice cream for my son.
