Recently had the opportunity to give these guys a try at our usual Thursday night trivia stop @ Alosta Brewing in Covina. They do a really tasty smash burger. It's nice and simple with cheese, pickles, onions and a secret sauce. The patty was perfect, well cooked with nice lacey and crispy edges- just what you are looking for from a smash burger. The brisket blend is so good you almost forget you're eating a burger and not something more decadent. Fries are perfectly crispy and well-seasoned. With the homemade ranch Bog's can't be beat. This place will easily fill you up and make you feel like you got a deal at the price point.

Friday night was a good night. Ordered Bourbon bacon burger and crinkled fries. The burger is a brisket blend smashburger and was cooked to perfection, held up well until got home. You can taste the Bourbon. The crinkled fries were well seasoned and had a nice crunch. Very fast service order said be done by 6:21 and was ready at 6:15. Will be back.
