Refusing to make an item on the menu because "it's too busy" Probably the reason the cashiers attitude was so negative makes the ambiance sad. Food is amazing! Service needs some working.

Short version - The food, and service was incredible everything was amazing however, the building was dirty and had fries under almost every other table. Also, almost 80% of the napkin dispensers were empty. Longer more detailed version I would truly like to leave this place a 5 star review but I wouldn't say I had the perfect experience here. I had a great experience just not perfect. I walked in (first time) and washed my hands, the restroom seemed clean but then again i'll just washed my hands so i can't speak about inside the stalls. They have paper towels in the restroom for those who care about it (i personally prefer them over air dryers). Anyways, when I walked in 2 guys walked in ahead of me and once i walked out the restroom the first guy was still ordering when I went out and looked at the menu. The service was extremely quick for the two people in front of me as well as myself. I ended up getting the California burger since it caught my attention so I got it as a combo with no pickles or tomatoes. I also asked for ranch but was not charged so the ranch is free for those who enjoy ranch. The total came out to $16.76 but was charged 17.35 since i payed with card/apple pay. One thing i like about the seats is that almost all of them have an outside view. Once I sat down, I did notice that i had picked a booth with napkins in the dispenser but upon looking around, almost none of the other tables had any and almost every other table had food on the floor mainly fries. For me it's no big deal, I did notice that as I was eating the cashier would keep herself busy and help out the guys in the kitchen with orders/drinks so me personally i would prefer my food to come in fast as long as the store is not a complete dump (but a presentable store is still very important) My food came out extremely quick and since I ordered it for dine in they brought it to me along with my ranch on the side. I will say, the plate was fairly small for the amount of food you get since you do get a really large amount of fries so no complaints here (although i did drop a fry but i picked it up haha). The burger was good, but the ranch and fries absolutely amazed me. The ranch was probably the top 3 ranches i've ever had from food places i would even say better than wingstop ranch. The fries were nice and warm when they came out and extremely crispy and crunch basically a perfect fry for me. Halfway through my meal a man sad to my left across the aisle and every-time he would eat a fry i could hear the crunch that's how crispy they were. The thing that got me the most was how they were still crispy even after the cooled down and weren't as hot. Really enjoyed this spot, they stay busy and get customers out extremely fast. Keep up the good work.

This place continues to be one of the best burger joints in the area. I have told friends and family about it and they all love the food here. The milkshakes are a must. Getting a double cheeseburger with avocado is my go to along with an order of zucchinis. I have tried the club sandwich, chili cheese fries, burgers, chicken club, fried mushrooms, zucchinis, taco wrap, breakfast platter and they're all delicious!Parking: Lots and lots of parking.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of space for big groups and families.Wheelchair accessibility: Has all the available accessibility that's required.

If you want a chicken salad with lettuce going bad. Then this is the spot. What a waste of money. The lettuce was disgusting, already browning, I can't believe they would still serve it.

Bad service from old, fat, ugly latina woman, had to repeat the order, 3 times still had to change my drink for a lage one like I asked! Then blames me turns to co worker and says "he wants a large drink and Doesn't tell me" says it in Spanish thinking I was not going to understand, I said it 3 times on the order and 2 times on drink. And proceeds to blame me and trys to mock me? Not coming back I suggest better customer service. Prices, not cheap either. If you have nothing going for you at least be polite so we can tolerate in competence.

This place is good but be careful when you get the receipt. They charge a different price that's what in the menu. I order i Philly combo and it was $9.18 of the website and on my receipt the change me $21.39 for the combo. That's a ridiculous price for the Philly sandwich. I called and they told me i was looking at an old menu that the in have there in the restaurant is the correct price. We shouldn't let ourself a get fooled like this.

Haven't been in a few years (not for any particular reason) my mom stopped by the other day ordered a quesadilla with French fry's and it was so good! I went and got my usual meal- Cheeseburger with grilled onion and Onion Rings! Was good as i remember
