I went there for dinner, service was terrible, got our drinks right away but took the waitress 37 mins to take our order, then another 43 mins to bring it out, tried to get her attention several times as now I have my dinner and a empty glass that she must have been blind because was empty when she brought the meal and everything was burnt, watched her several times get the to go orders while she ignored us completely, the waitress was more concerned about to go orders than the patrons in the restaurant as I also observed several other tables trying to get her attention also with empty glasses, and on top of that they charge a service charge for a credit card transaction which I had to get up from my table and ask for the bill and to go containers because I didnt want to sit there another half hour watching pickup on to go orders, now I know why it too so long, too many to go orders and they came first,2nd time there but NEVER AGAIN

First, when we got here they took about 5-10 minutes to give us our seats which is understandable. When they seated us they took about 45 minutes just to take our drinks. After when we were served our drinks they took about 30 minutes to finally take our order. They could do a bit better with the service. In result, the food was good.

We’ve been going to Casa Jimenez for years one of our favorite Restaurant. If you’re looking for authentic this is the place and they have a ALL you can eat menu. There is another's location is Perris much bigger restaurant but the same delicious food. You gotta try!!!

The Fajitas (shrimp, chicken, or beef) here are amazing ? ?. The drinks are really good. The service here is out of this world. They treat us like family, and we always get great service. Rafa is awesome he always has my drink ready to go as soon as he sees us walk in. It's superior customer service. ??

Please, please, please check your bill. I almost got robbed.My check was less than $30, and I was charged over $60 on my credit card. When I brought it up to the waiter, he didn't want to cancel the transaction and instead tried to return cash to me. When he did, he gave it wrong again!The food was mediocre. After we received our food we were ignored. Our waiter went out of his way to ignore us and another waiter did the same. Had to wait about 25 minutes just for a simple coffee refill while they refilled others around us. We saw them hold the coffee pot and asked people around us if they wanted coffee yet when they came close to us they went the other way. We weren’t loud, annoying or anything. Just a normal quiet family enjoying a meal. Can’t tell if this was discrimination based on how we look, act or dress. But it’s ridiculous on how poorly the service was.

The food was perfect. Very nice. Good atmosphere. Full bar. The salsa with chips was a little bit hot but bearable. And reasonably priced.I've lived a block away from here for 2 years and tonight is the first time I have been here. I've been to the Chinese place across the parking lot a few times. Restaurants in this area are the best in the city.Customers just need to get out and about to discover them.
