Food was mid asf , service was mid asf, they were in the back laughing and on their phone while making my wings , I will never ever come back u guys did it for me , the server had a attitude that was beyond me , this place need to be inspected

I had seen chiki chiki on Instagram and I thought I'd give it a try. Edison shut off my power for the day for maintenance, so I had time to kill. Took in a movie in the morning and then lunch at chiki chiki. Apparently it's a night time hang out because at 3pm, I was the only person there. Another couple of guys rolled in but that was it. Three people. The gentleman working was cool and talkative. I had the chicken sandwich w/ righteous fries and a beer. Great price too. $9.18 for this combo that was waaay better than anything you could get at a fast food joint. Highly recommend, I most certainly will be back!!

They have a B grade from the Health Dept for months. It was a C grade earlier in the year. Responsible owners will correct the violations, pay the fee and get reinspected. They dont care about pubic safety.

Gave this place more the one visit. The wings are ok, but the staff gets distracted with their cellphones and personal conversations. Multiple times they have served me my wings at room temperature. The first time I asked for a refund. But for them to do it again recently was too much. This time I learned my lesson never going back or will I recommend this place to anyone. The food is not bad but the service is horrible.

This place has good chicken wings and the cheese fries are delicious. The young guy that takes the orders is very patient, it was me and my husband's 1st time and he explained the menu. They do not do door dash and took burgers off the menu, the little crowd that was here when we first came had a little karaoke going that I joined in on and the vibes of this place is relaxing. Will be back!

Great place I like the vibe when there's a fight going on. The first time I went was way better because of one server she was amazing great attitude sadly she wasn't there the second time, I don't remember her name either:(. The cashiers this time around where whatever I don't care about them, I only care about my micheladas and food which where pretty good so that's why I'm giving the five stars. But yeah the service wasn't as good because that lady wasn't there she really made our experience enjoyable they need to hire more older ladies hehe since this younger ones only care for your tip and don't want to put in the work!

Today was our first time there? As we went in we orderedsat at our table we were only ones there..waited on our food then kids came in asked for water they got there water. So we got our food then the kids sat by us then started throwing things then one kept turning around asking if can have some of our wings? We just kept ignoring them till they finally left ..my wife said to me we are not coming back....it's a nice place very clean ..food is good but won't be back sorry.. manager very nice guy he cares but sad we had to go through this..
I love eating at Chiki Chiki! Great customer service and Good food! Carne Asada Fries are my favorite on menu. Go check it out !

I wanted to not like it here because it didn't come off as the kinda place I'd go, but I was so so wrong. Everything about chiki chiki was 5 star worthy. Let's start first with their nachos. I'm HUGE on nachos, and these were good til the very last chip. We literally ate the entire plate and not a single chip was soggy! Next- the beers. They have a very limited assortment BUT they've got the best prices that can't be beat. Customer service- just as good as the food and prices. Their staff is so nice! They offered to wipe down our table while we were still there. How sweet is that! And lastly, the vibe. It's super low key, mellow, easy. Just the type of place you wana be if you're looking to watch football, have an iced cold beer and eat the best nachos in Fontana.

First off , I ordered online. Through yelp online ordering . Anyway, we went picked up our food, in which we ordered the 20wings combo that comes with fries But I also ordered an additional side of fries with cheese !! I paid almost $4 extra for that just So I won't get them . I tried calling , oh idk like 5+times ??? And no answer. I wasn't about to drive back ! I was starving plus We have a baby that We had to put to bed. I'm honestly really disappointed.

Im only giving one start because I wish I can give 0! The girl at the Register is so rude! We ordered our food and waited 30 minutes and while we waited I noticed our order already done! My husband asked if that was our food and she said you can wait we are busy! Like NO, we ordered and have been waiting here and all we would like is our food so I could feed my children. NEVER AGAIN will I come here! And I have been coming here for a while. BAD service!!
