It was weds afternoon I saw this lunch truck on arrow hwy, spotted by to check out out. Ordered birria tacos. Meat eas juicy. Tender and full of flavor. Salsa was not overly spicy. I also got asada tacos, but i will stick with birria.
This taco truck is a gem , if you haven't tried Chila's food you are missing out !!! What are you doing hurry and go pick up some Quesabirria tacos or some keto tacos !!! . This little truck has it all from being very clean at all times to the most friendly food attendant . Very nice and polite and always going out of her way to fulfill every customers needs and experience . They accept zelle and Apple Pay . The Birria here is FIRE, SPOT ON!! Juicy flavorful and best of all they aren't greedy with the meat. Also tried a Pastor taco and it was delicious! Will definitely be back and recommend!
