Just came to say that our waiter John working 4/15/24 needs a pay raise, he was so professional, efficient and has a great personality. I normally do not leave reviews but I needed to recognize him in some way because his great service is rare to receive nowadays and I hope he gets rewarded for it. Giving a 5 star mainly because of him.

Great service and food. Came on a weekend while driving back from outta town. The staff was very helpful and food was good. Nice and clean inside. Will come back when in the IE.
Service & food was just ok. When we went to pay the bill and I tried to log in for rewards, the server said we no longer have rewards. Huh? I logged in on my phone and yes, there are rewards. He told us we had to pay without getting rewards/points bc it won’t be recognized. So if you have Chili’s rewards they no longer take them. hmmm ?
Michael was terrific!! He salvaged our lunch. Definitely worth leaving a great review for this man. He has leadership skills, manners and definitely knows how to use them for his customers. My family and I truly appreciate his service today. We left with satisfaction in this meal. Give this man a raise!!!

Had the worst experience as a customer at a bar area. Was attended by Marquisha and she attended us very poorly. Unfortunately i could feel that she had obvious favoritism towards other clients. She was very friendly towards her regulars that were seated there. I asked for a drink and she completely ignored me. When I went to pay she just took my card and didn’t even give me a receipt. That’s outrageous. How can someone charge you with out providing a receipt? I’ve had other bartenders treat me much better at this location. Very unhappy with todays service.

Oh man we got the fajitas trio, it was delicious, but the smokehouse combo with that corn!!!! It was so freaking good not to mention the ribs were fire! ? Loved it!!!!

The best Chili's I have been to by far!!. Food was fantastic, service amazing. We sat in the bar section to watch the laker game on Monday. Our server was great! He was very attentive very friendly very conversational. Overall great experience will definitely be going back.
