Very bad place! Ordered the 5 piece tender combo. Waited 30+ minutes and when I received my order all I had gotten were the chicken strips. None of the sauces I ordered nor the fries were in my bag. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This restaurant is a great place. The food is always good as hell. The employee's are a exceptional group of people. Almost every night when they can they give any extras to the homeless and needy people. They care about people and that's a blessing for many. Great job Church's you guys Rock!!

every time I go to this location they never have spicy chicken mixed. They always say they only have original. Why the hell would we go to Churches Chicken which specializes in spicy chicken to get original? If I want the original I’ll just go to Kentucky Fried Chicken.I can understand if this is every once in a while but this is every time I go sometimes they’re willing to cook it or try to just sway me by saying it’ll be 20 minutes which I don’t mind waiting but most of the time they only offer they just don’t have it.

Why couldn't they just leave the taste to churches chicken, this whole change to churches Texas chicken is a no go. They lost my business.Chicken was not cooked all the way and the skin was crispy and to hard. No taste at all.I would like to know how to be refunded.

I ordered a 3 piece meal with an extra side. The meal came with a drink. I ordered strawberry soda and received red tasteless water that had no fizz. My Mac and cheese was filled with tiny burnt pieces as if they scraped what was left and burnt at the bottom of the pan. I ordered fried okra. It was clear to see that it had been fried twice in bad grease and had so much crunch, it probably would have broken my teeth. Called them 4 times, no answer and voicemail full. Tried to complain online, but the screen froze on the page you upload pics. $15 down the drain for a meal no one could eat. All restaurants can have a bad day, but when the entire meal is bad, employees are definitely to blame. Why package bad food? Do the Sierra shop not care? I’m saddened and disheartened by this meal, especially when all of the bad could have been avoided!!!!!

We pre-ordered for my sons birthday in November and my daughters birthday Saturday! The chicken was hot and ready and delicious! I strongly recommend Churches when ordering a bulk for a party! They always prepare and exceed expectations!

This Churches Chicken is not only dirty. The window outside is fifty. The inside looks dirty and nasty. For some reason this Churches Chicken never has sides. They always run out of chicken. I try to avoid this particular place. The other day, I found myself hungry and in the area. Had not been in a year, everything I wanted they did not have, no coleslaw, no redbeans and rice. I could wait on mc&cheese. Never again! Desperately needs new management.
