My husband, a friend and I came to eat at this ice cream shop. By law, when a business has tables and chairs, they also have to offer a bathroom so you can wash your hands since you are going to eat there, since this business does not provide it. So we better leave so we don't come back.

Probably the only Cold Stone location that carries a wide variety of ice cream and cake… the freezers are always stacked with different kinds of cake and ice cream has so many unique flavors! Barbie, Mario, Frozen… the workers are always friendly, and the location is conveniently next to the freeway. 10/10

Good. But really expensive. You could buy 3 large 48 oz of ice cream, get your own toppings, & it'd be the same price as a small cup at Cold Stone Creamery.

It's a Cold Stone. It's good. I think you have to wear a 90's rock band shirt to work there.I would give them a 5-star, but they have a Peeps flavored ice cream. Unrespectable!

Just went to Cold stone the Ice Cream was awesome. Only issue I had was I found paper in my Ice cream. It just made me a little nervous. Very weard wondering if the rest of the Ice Cream has the paper in it should I take it back?
I mean who doesn't love ice cream. And they also have ice cream cakes. That's what I went for this time around. Cake was delicious. The girls attending me were great. They were quick and polite. Overall great service.

3/29 horrible customer service, They refuse to honor coupons that are sent from Cold Stone..the staff!! Its an ice cream shop..at least act happy..i spend over $25 each time we go...and i just rather not!! Last night the lady who helped us...was shitie! i couldn't even fully ask my question before being cute off with a "were done." When tho she had just brought out cakes...was even rude with that..couldn't say excuse me as she goes through the lobby.Your not allowed to enter your # so i didn't receive my points once again..who knows what a person can or cant understand with the mask on and all...yet! And still... either let people enter the number or make sure you enter it in right.

I believe they overcharged me for my ice cream cake. Same 8 inch round cake cost $34.99 (no custom requests) in San Bernardino location. Fontana location charges $53.99 for same cake. I guess they need to make up for lost business. This cake is not worth it, I will stick with Baskin Robbins turtle pie for $31(a richer sensory experience). I will never go back and will contact the Corporate office to file a complaint. Thanks Coldstone for ruining my birthday experience! PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK!

We are frequent visitors at this location. Well, we were. We'd come here a few times a month, for dessert, birthday cakes and ice cream sandwiches, etc. on this particular evening I spent $52 on two ices creams, two packages of ice cream sandwiches. We were the lucky ones who got the new guys who made a complete mess of our order. While we were patient, clearly seeing that he was not familiar with the process, squashed each piece of mix in until is was unrecognizable. It looked nothing like what we ordered. She took one bite after we paid and completely disgusted. We asked another more tenured employee of it can be remade and she said no and that we'd have to purchase another and that it's policy. I stood there in shock. I was completely speechless. I even asked her to repeat what she said- "You can buy another one."I am NEVER going there again. I will be happy to spend my money elsewhere. I hope it was worth losing a customer! Beware!

Just took 3 love it size snickerdoodle, hot chocolate and strawberry shortcake. Came home I opened my bag and I got a like it with banana ice cream- was craving snickerdoodle. Got strawberry shortcake and it didn't look like it. Finally got hot cocoa. Gonna have to change back to yogurt. Regret tipping - next time I got to look in bag before leaving and before tipping. Next time, no tip
