Stopped by on my way To CA. Love their chicken tacos al carbon. Unfortunately the fries were cold and I couldn't eat them. But I love the tacos.

Very clean inside dining area, cashier was friendly(no attitude like other FF places), food came out promptly & hot. No issues with our order. Bathrooms need some TLC from upper management/Corp, it's Fontana, you expect some graffiti.Parking: Located in a shopping center, so plenty of parking.

Went to the drive thru, order 3 double cheese burgers and I got the tiny kids meal ones. I called and Sara said it was my problem because that's what I ordered. I told Sara I would called tomorrow to talk to the manager and pretty much got a "sure, whatever ? " so sad because I love this place.

Each visit I've had great service here. Friendly people and never got shorted or any kind of mistake. My last double del burger purchase, the bun seemed stale. Bean and cheese burritos seem to lack flavor, maybe just needs a little more salt in the beans. Everything has been pretty good. French fries are on point.

Ordered the number 13 combo. Tortilla was hard as a rock, no time to go back hardly any meat in it. Fries are undercooked, and they didn’t even give me one napkin.

they just sell bad food. all the food taste like they never dump the oil. stop eating here. food cook in old oil, they barely gave me any fries, burger buns hard. they are not clean people.

When you have a costumer at the register and everyone standing around just looks at the costumer, you are not meeting costumer service.Then when the manager tells an employee to help the costumer and that employee rolls there eyes. That is not good costumer service.Maybe your experience will be better.

Service is hit or miss here. The tacos constantly look sad. Don't offer different sizes of tacos if you can't fill the shell. I'll order chips if I just want some half empty shells.

This was my worst experience with food from a Del Taco location EVER. I received my food prepared incorrectly. There were barely any fries. The food is put together so poorly and just raggedy. Deluxe fries with literally 3 bits of tomato? And the line was empty so there was no rush happening. The one bonus was the guy who took my order. He was perfect and the only bright spot in my visit. One and done. I will not revisit this location.

The service at this location is horrible. They are not friendly or inviting. When I came through the drive thru they asked me to park on the parking lot and wait for my food to be brought out. I didn't come through the drive thru to sit in the parking lot and wait. If I wanted to park and wait for my food I would have gone inside. Why do i have to park in the sun and sit so that they can keep their drive thru times low? Be more effective and efficient at your job. When I checked my order, my fries were only 3/4 full in each container. My digestion would be more training and accountability for customer service interactions.
