Great food. Chips are actual fried tortillas de maíz. Waitress has been sweet and tending both times I have come. First time I got the Carne en su Jugo which was delicious (next time I'm not going to put the sautéed onions in), This time I got Los Tres Carnes (shrimp, chicken and beef). Both times have been great. Also love their salsas and especially their handmade tortillas de maíz. A great place!

Came here with my mom and kids. We wanted menudo but when we got it, it smelled like they hadn't cleaned it very well before they cooked it. My mom makes really good menudo and it doesn't have a strong smell like this one did. Sometimes we don't feel like making it so we were looking forward to it being made for us. Very disappointed ?.

Well after I read all the negative comments I will DESAGRE we come to dońa timos almost every week for 1 year and the attention is amazing!!!! Seńora mari always make us feel welcome and part of her family!!!!and the food is always delicious love the menudo Saturday and Sunday and the Cafe de oya and handmade tortillas!! And the spice salsa the best !!! Server's are part of the family soo for us us like a family reunion !!!! Gracias dona mari por ser siempre tan linda we love u José and kawika!!!
El lugar no está tan mal. Un lugar típico de Mexico, me trae recuerdos. Un dueto con música de antaño. Y la mesera amable. Hasta ahí íbamos bien. Mi esposo y yo ordenamos menudo y refresco de Coca-Cola en botella de vidrio. Nos trajeron consomé de camarón, cortesía de la casa. Solo lo probé, pero no era algo que me apetecía comer. También nos ofrecieron chips and salsa mientras esperábamos nuestro menudo. La salsa para los chips estaba algo bien. Llegaron los bowls de menudo y nosotros contentos, para mi sorpresa apenas pusieron el menudo frente a mi, percibí un olor muy desagradable. Casi me atreví a decir que el menudo simplemente no estaba lo suficientemente limpio antes de cocinarlo. Más bien parecía un menudo que estuvo en el cooler varios días. Nada fresco. La verdad no me agrado para nada. Le pedí a la mesera que retirara los platos y me ofreció el menú. Pedí un plato de chile relleno con arroz y frijoles lo cual estuvo mucho mejor. Pero el plato de chilaquiles que mi esposo ordenó tenía los trozos de los tortilla chips quemados y demasiado grandes para llevarlos a tu boca. Si, así literal quemados. Honestamente primera y última vez que probamos ese lugar. Aunque los precios y el servicio están muy bien, la comida no supero mis expectativas.

I was looking for someplace close by to eat to kill time before a trip. This beautiful place was open at 9am, has a great menu with affordable prices and wonderful service. I really loved the food and both of the salsas that came with the chips. ? I don't live in the area, but the next time I'm in Fontana I will definitely come again! I'm really happy I found this place!❤
