I never had any problems at this location but goddam that all changed today.The ladies were rude with us upon salutations.We simply order chicken, with churros, asked for plates and tortillas. Simple as usual.But this time around they messed up our order so bad. I usually dont check but this time i should have.We got home, we realized no plates, no tortillas.At first okay no problem.Then we noticed they placed all the burnt chicken under the good pieces.Half of our chicken was burnt!I guess ill be going to a different location.

The manager Andrea, on the afternoon shift, denied us the serrano peppers and when I saw that another client was given them, I asked the other girl why they denied us them and she said that she didn't know but that there are always chiles. The food is very tasty, just the attitude of that manager is not correct.

The manager andrea is the rudest individual i have ever encountered. Talking to people like they are children. Everyone in my office said she has been rude to them. I feel sorry for the people that work for her.

The girl who talked to me & gave me my food was rude, she didn't smile nor acted pleasant at all.Parking: Outside & free but not a huge parking lot.Kid-friendliness: They serve kids' meals.

Went during busy lunch time and requested order from catering menu as last minute team luncheon. Liz the Manger and her team were awesome in filling the order within half hour! Awesome service, polite professional interaction. Thank you Liz and team for putting faith back into great customer service and satisfaction!
