First time here and the food was good. Made the mistake of not checking my order before leaving and found I was missing an item once I was home. If you order out make sure to double check the order. No one likes paying for something just to find that the business didn't fill the order right. Would have gave 4 stars if not for the missing item.

Great food if you can get it. By that I mean everything is fine if you go to the restaurant and they're actually honoring the posted operating hours. I've shown up at least 4 times during those hours and they've been inexplicably closed. And I've yet to have a good delivery experience from them. Half the time the orders are wrong, the other half they seem to just cancel my order, which just happened again 40 minutes after I placed my DoorDash order. Again, with no explanation and no one answered the phone when I called, 2.5 hours before the posted closing time.

Hate to leave a bad review but I literally just picked up food from there. A chile relleno plate and there was nothing inside but the stem and seeds! According to the owner they don't clean them out and if there was cheese in there, it must of came out. Never coming back again.

This was my first time coming here and I have to say I was pleased with everything. I didn't have to wait long to place my order. I think the manager was helping me and he was nice. He was the one who told me about the Tuesday special which is just a small version of the regular tacos. They have a little bar with 3 different types of salsa and some limes. My only complaint would be have a sign of how hot the sauces are. The place is clean and I do see myself coming back.

Great food, great service here and very kind people, but the size of their burittos had gone down drastically. The chorizo burioot is amazing, but I don't get full from just one.

I love the food but when u eat their u get chips and salsa but if u eat out u get the tiniest little container. I come and order a ton of food more than 50 dollars and I've always gotten the bigger container for the chunky red salsa. This time around the girl wanted to charge me 2.50! I'm sorry I know the price of everything went up but if u offer it for free when eating there u shouldn't be charging so much when we are returning customer and spending so much money here weekly. I paid 5 dollars plus tax for this salsa and I ordered 6 different plates and only got one small salsa container for all that... uh no ma'am I need more than that.

Decided to re-try El Ranchero again, extremely disappointed and I usually do not repot bad info at the places we eat at. But when the cashier is not nice and insults my wife it's time to go to another place to eat. It was hot outside 95 degrees and not much cooler inside. Our food was ready , and it was sitting on the counter for a while, when my wife asked the cashier to give us our Order, Her response was go back and wait in line and pay!!! My wife had paid with her Cc and we were waiting for it to be done to get out of this warm place. So I do not like to leave a report, but they earned this one.
The burritos were tiny and gross. The carne asada fries were soggy, greasy and had very little meat. Sorry for this review but I was disgusted and will never return. You get one chance with me. Heard you use to be located in a different shopping center and the food was good. Either way you're not now. Double the meat and charge more money I don't have a problem with that just don't skimp on the meat. And please cook everything as requested. I always order my fried extra Crispy so they are NOT Soggy. Made my stomach hurt. Please improve your food if you want to stick around. Good luck

Horrible service wrong order supposed to close at 9 but they close the at 815 they would not answer the phone at 845 for messing up my order. Had to drive back and bang on the door for them to fix my order

Overall 3stars. I live close by and it once was one of my favorite spots to get menudo on the weekends. They're original recipe was amazing! I'm not sure if a change in chefs/cooks happened in the kitchen but now I feel like I'm paying double for a bowl of canned menudo I can get across the parking lot at Ralph's. None the less everything else we get from here burritos, tacos, tortas etc... is still really good. Please bring back the original menudo. Whatever you all put out today 7/18 was not it.
