These stars are for Nicholas. He's is one hard worker and that can't go unrecognized. The company it's self should treat their employees better. But yet here he is still serving people and keep a great attitude. Thank you for your hospitality Nicholas and just for having a good attitude

Everything is great, BUT the employees are being taken advances of. There's almost always one working alone, taking orders and cooking PLUS they do not get their tips. I've heard it from 2 ppl, tip on a credit card, and they don't get this money. I don't know about cash, but the owner should be ashamed.

I went to this location on 8-24-23 and yes I've been here a couple times before that & the hamburger was great , except on this day I order the same thing hamburger, fries and drink to go and as I got home & started to eat my hamburger. the meat just kept falling out, and I couldn't understand why , so I Lifted the bun and the meat was literally a puzzle piece, not a full hamburger it was in pieces and that's why it kept falling out.

I request light Mayo, the cook was using utensils and turn to prep our food. When I said light Mayo he actually took his fingers and wiped the excess off….Messed our shake . Remade it and took it to the back, pulled the one with the whipped cream out the freezer went out of view to do what to the Shake…..who’s knowsDISGUSTING ?
The food is no for me. I was craving fries so badly! Should have just bought that tasteless box of potatoes and dipped bit nooo my fat ass decided to add some wings too! $18 down the drain.The signs were there, the flies like danky food I guess cos there were more of them in the store than humans. And I should have asked for a refund too when the two black people there left without ordering anything . Service was eh! I was ignores at first lol but the cashier who took my order was very patience with me as I have never age here before. Ambiance is bleh!!

This Fatburger is clean with great music. We stumbled on this one while my spouse was completing work. We walk in and it is clean with some great music playing. We were greeted by a lovely gentleman who loves his job. He answered all of my questions with patience, grace and professionalism and even went above and beyond to ensure he was providing the correct information relating to the vegan options Fatburger offers. We ordered an Impossible burger and a Turkey burger with skinny fries and a drink. I almost ordered the vegan shake but it was just too cold outside. Our food came out very fresh and hot. I must say that was the best Impossible burger I have had. The turkey burger was great too per my spouse. The fries were cooked to perfection with just the right amount of crispy crunch. If you are in the area this is a must stop in. Everything was soo good we forgot to stop and take pics.
