Everytime I come here the staff is rude, inattentive and preoccupied playing around with one another. My food is not satisfying and my fries are always old, cold and dark brown even after I’ve specifically stated I’d like fresh fries tho I shouldn’t have to! So just wanted some fries intercom was lousy or something inside was not working but I pull up to window and they said we’re not serving you just leave????I was Nvr disrespectful maybe raised voice so my order can be heard but without explanation these guys including the manager weren’t there to serve us customers! Seem to just be Just clowning around inside incredible experience as if restaurant is not a 24 hr location attended by professionals! Didn’t get food bc there majesty wasn’t having it? Went home made a instant soup thanks for nothing jaa jack.

My go-to Jack In The Box, I only gave 4 Stars of service, because I ordered a Large Sprite, with Extra Ice, and there was NO STRAW, I Initially thought that the straw would be in the bag with my meal, so when I arrived to my destination at the local park, (Veterans Park) in Fontana, I was quite surprised that there was NO STRAW in the bag. Fortunately, I keep at least 3 straws in my glove compartment, and I was able to enjoy my meal.
