This location has been my go to Jack in the Box since I was a kid every time I'd visit family and friends. The food from there was always a yes whether we ate there or just took the food home to chill and relax; I have some great funny beautiful memories there and some awkward ones too. We're all human. I've met employees there that truly have made an impact in my life for the better and I'll forever be thankful to everyone that works there and knows how to be patient and kind even on awkward situations ❣️?? My children and I love this place ♾️??

Hello I’m giving 2 star because seems like they hire some people that hate there job, and everytime I order they always mess up my order I hate leaving the drivethru way with my order not how I order it. and I understand if it happens here and there mistakes happens but literally almost everytime it’s horrible. I’m sure some the workers are familiar with my face always through that drive way cause I’m there a lot. But anyways I’m moved to the jack box on foothill and cherry way better service and friendly welcoming all the time.
These people need a raise, especially homie who be taking the drive thru orders late night?? (Edit: the people from night shift 11:54pm on October 18th, 2023 need a raise, the people from November 5th need to gimme my spicy good good sauce next time )
