I have put a really big complaint to the company few months back, idk if have been even drawn to there attention there but I had to stop going there. . On my complain=bottom line "re-train your staff the correct way plus how to address right to one another when giving & receive customer service"???(5yrs ago posted great deal service. )Excellent service!!??Excellent service!!??

Under staffed. Came to this location during lunch time and there was only one person working. Asked for an impossible handwork and it was given to me really sloppy. (Photo included). There was only one other customer when I arrived. Arrived 12:15 order was ready by 12:40. Employee didn't greet us until customers who arrived after us were addressed. We only had two drinks, a parfait, and the handwich. Overall I would not return to this location. Customer service sucked and it took forever to get out of there.

I just went to today a girl name leslie had an attitude and saw there was alone and didn't ask if we need anything she looked at us and went back toeing what she was doing. One girl who had barely walked and clocked in right in front of me helped me instead.

On a sweltering day, what could be more perfect than treating myself to an orange dream machine? The beverage was delightful, boasting a wonderful flavor, and the customer service left a positive impression with its friendly and efficient approach. Will come back in the morning to try the waffle parfait.

This location never has any of the ingredient to make your drink. I've come on several occasions wait in line get to the counter and tell me oh I'm sorry we don't have oranges or we don't have carrots... waste of time and effort going here...
Store had a sign that stated on a break will be back in 45 mins and the doors were locked. But what about the online orders that were placed?

Service at this location is horrible. Walked in my children needed to use the restroom. The young lady stated that the bathroom was not working and rolled her eyes. This was today June 10 at 12:50 PM. The location smelled it smelled dirty. It smelled like a toilet, whenever I would ask the young lady any questions of the order that I was placing she would sigh and roll her eyes at me like I was an inconvenience for asking her questions, I asked her for granola on the side. My son doesn't like granola and she was offended. She was like what do you mean with a really nasty attitude she kept tapping her very long nail extensions on the counter as if it's for me to hurry up that I was wasting her time First of all when you work in the food industry you're not supposed to have nail extensions on and those were very long she kept tapping them on that damn counter they don't even take Apple Pay as a location. I will never go back to that store, I took myself and my kids to the other location which was Menchie's I bought them yogurt. The young lady at the yogurt place was super nice super helpful. The area was clean. I will never go to Jamba Juice in Fontana on sierra Lakes Parkway. I hope this gets to a supervisor and they call me back because I will be calling also corporate

I came in this store to order a smoothie at 9pm and was told they were only taking online orders ???? I figured they only said that because they wanted to close so they turned me away. Store closes at 9:30 …I came 30 min before closing, bad for business.

Super slow app doesn’t work half the time my drinks are always late and they don’t take pay without Id nor do they have Apple Pay or anything like that but all the others do
