The employees don't get enough credit. Customers think they are so entitled. It's just food. Relax. Super clean inside and veggies are always fresh and crisp.

I go there at least 2 times a month. The service is always good, and the people are always nice. As for the food well its simply good.Can't go wrong with the good o'l steak sandwich tje big kahuna. Once I like one I tend to stick to the same once over and over. So I can't really speak on the rest of the menu. Give it a try I say haha ???

A great place where the ingredients are fresh as you can taste with every bite. Staff is friendly and helpful. The prices here are a little steep expected but definitely worth it if you ask me and looking for a quality meat sandwich. Plenty of parking here, so you're sure to find a spot. Ambiance is quiet for the most part and very clean.

I ordered online and my sandwich wasn't ready on time. I understood, though. It was lunch time and the store was busy working on other online orders. What caught my attention was that there were about 4 employees working at the counter and no customers inside (except me) and they didn't even acknowledge me when I came in and when I was standing in front of the cash register.I don't want to blame the employees too much. However, maybe they don't have high standards for customer service at this Jersey Mike's or management is not doing their job. I'm so used to the great service of Subway and Starbucks.The food was great, though!***I'm also writing this as a former bartender for the Hilton and Marriott brands.

Lately this store in particular has been making their sandwiches so SALTY and the veggie options seem old and not fresh. I like jersey mikes but try to avoid this store. Also they have huge homeless problem at this location doesn't always feel safe if your female alone to go here

Jersey Mike's has amazing subs they never fail to make stupendous food. My go-to sub is the Number 7 it's Turkey, provolone, lettuce, onions, and mayo. It's amazing!
