Food is good but depending on your server is how much meat you get. For what you pay you should get a good portion. Also it was busy and the two girls are talking and laughing. When they finally helped us they looked annoyed. Maybe that's why my sandwiches sucked.

Nice and clean, only grip was that I ordered a chicken ranch melt and they forgot the bacon and the ranch ?♂️ got it to go so didn't find out till I got home which was a big bummer, kind of pricey for a sandwich but I'd rather pay the extra money then go somewhere like subway, just sucks when you pay the extra money and they don't get your order right

This is literally the worst Jersey mike's I've been to!'!! They complete all the phone in orders before the customers waiting in line in the store! They should help the people waiting first!! And to top it off They are totally rude!! Go to the one on Riverside instead it's just a few blocks away! They are much friendlier

Service is super slow I ordered for one person only one person at 6:40. It's been an hour and they're still not done with my sandwich I went in and they weren't even done making it. They hadn't even started making it. I ordered a head for a certain reason and here I am still waiting for them to finish making it because he didn't even make it. What a waste of time I'm never coming back to this one they ever again.

We went back here three weeks later on Tuesday August 1 after 7. There were a lot of people working but the one person agreed of us. There seemed to be a friend of the staff there who was hanging around. Taller gentleman, reddish brown hair, wearing jeans, black T-shirt with a black short sleeve button down & glasses. The staff was completely distracted by him & has their eyes on him the entire time. We had to repeat ourselves over & over to the girl making the sandwiches because she wasn't paying attention. Then by the time my food got to the guy who was wrapping it up, he got mustard all over the sandwich, paper & bag because he was staring up at his friend the entire time. Disappointed at this experience.
