I'm a big acai bowl girly, so I came to this establishment leaving Target. Came inside they were busy with restocking, no big deal. Today is Wednesday, so they have 1oz immunity shot free with purchase. So I ordered my bowl and asked for the shot and attempted to use my gift card bonus when I was told I couldn't use two rewards. I'm not using 2 rewards, but I never heard of that before. Decided to leave, go down the stairs to another store, and guess who got to use their gift card and get their free shot. At a lower price point. Tipped the 2 dollars difference. Won't be coming back to this location. Bowl came from Hertigate location.

NO restrooms for customers who sit, for customers who have to wait, for customers who sit and drink juice or eat a acai bowl and for an establishment in a 20k feet building is NOT accessible, NOT inclusive, NOT sanitary and perhaps against osha.

Came here a few times and smoothies are always on point. Special shout out to Samantha because I came for my daughters bday, and she was able to help us get the complimentary smoothie through the app. My daughter was looking for to that smoothie for a week. Also I got the ever green smoothie which was surprisingly delicious and sweet

At 8:15pm I was told again that they weren't serving raw juices at the moment when the don't close until 9pm. I know it's because they don't want to have to clean the machine but really? This is the 4th time this happens here.

I've never taken the time to give any place a bad review but today is special. I was indecisive today and the two girls here seemed like they wanted me to hurry so they asked what do u like I said I want something healthy but I noticed they looked alike so I asked is that ur daughter I know I was wrong for that. She was obviously offended so I said u have the same eyes .. it was kinda awkward but I didn't think anything of it' til after.... Anyways they're in the corner heeheein making our stuff and I'm with my friend it's my bday I'm happy not thinking she passes me my drink which is supposed to be the raw green juice and she's all SUS before she hands it over it has more grapes than usual that's why it's not as green. I'm not paying attention I'm w my friend like yea it's fine she's like noo some people complain. We leave I don't even realize I'm drinking a smoothie texture drink not a juice til I'm finished w my cookie. Lol and it's SUPER sweet. I know what sherbert Ice cream taste like. I'll attach a picture of the drink. It's clearly not a raw juice .. it looks more like the smoothie w spinach and ice creamI call to talk to her I tried to give her a chance to be honest becuase I know I did offend her asking if it was her daughter. But I don't know if she spit in my drink if she's willing to give me ice cream when I told her I wanted something healthy and I decided on the green detox juice. I just wanted a healthy juice the day before my bday and this woman who I didn't get her name but she looked like a BRENDA ruined that. I told her I know what the green and red juice taste like I ordered them many times before!! Juice separates u have to mix as u drink she kept denying there's ice cream in my drink.Also the first girl recognized my voice and I had to say hello 10 times. They knew they were wrong. She put the older one on the phone and I had to say you remember me I'm the girl that asked for the healthy juice and you have me spinach and ice cream. They know they're wrong. I don't know if there's spit in my drinkHer only defense was you saw me make it didn't you? No ... I wasn't paying attention at all and they were both in the corner being weirdos making a big deal cuz I asked if that was her daughter. Coming from a woman turning 29 tomrw I get it. But she didn't even offer me my correct drink.
My husband got the Mango Mania, he was a little disappointed he was expecting it to have a more mango prominent taste. I got the Lava Flow without coconut, I did enjoy it. I like the fact that a small size was available, most places start at medium and I just can't finish a full smoothie.

Disgusting. old yellowed celery, discolored apples, sub-par service. Nothing encouraging me to return ever. Tasted the product and thru it out. I was afraid that I would get sick. $15.00 for a product I usually love is not normally an issue, but I feel like any other location would have been much better quality. VERY DISSATISFIED.

I have been going to this juice it up Monday thru Friday every week for a year and a half I have been to others but stopped going because of the service and cleanliness of the stores but this one off Summit and Beech in Fontana is absolutely great the people are great and the store is clean I will continue to go there and am thankful to have such a great store to frequent. Thank you Summit juice it up for being great all the time.

This is usually my go to juice it up. The young workers are alway pretty nice. Today I had an older guy.. thinking it was maybe the owner. They always fill the smoothies up all the way but not today. He even had more in the blender! Lol He left a whole inch. For the price we pay fill us up sir. Haha Smoothie was tasty though.

Amazing service from Samantha, made my smoothie with love and passion. I’ve never tasted a smoothie better when the juice first hit my taste buds I thought I was in a dream. Hopefully Samantha has an amazing day and she gets a large raise!
