Juice it up got a 5 star this time for the rewards received & they also satisfied my needs The Honey Comb Wafer was so tasty I got atleast 6 of them or so ! I still can't get over the Peanut butter Horchata flavor ! The employees were very kind & helpful this time ! While I ordered with one employee, the employee clocking in was servicing the shakes Showed good teamwork . I was a happy customer .

Greeted with a smile and a warm hello. Was t sure what I wanted, the young lady a the counter was very helpful & select the right drink for me. Drinks was made quickly and just right. Will definitely be coming back and encourage other to do so as well.

I ordered 2 watermelon madness and took them home for the kids. The kids said they tasted gross and they did! Waste of my money. Didn't have time to take them back.

Just like a previous reviewer mentioned, the workers here have no customer service skills! No greeting and a worker saw us waiting in line to order but did not help us until more customers came in line behind us. The worker was just messing around in the back. One of the customers behind me got fed up and left! Who ever is hiring these people needs to do a better job!

If I could I wouldn’t even put one star the employee CHANNEL an African American girl at the front was so rude. Takes like 5 min to even To the front probably the reason 2 girls walked out taking about her attitude I paid no mind I got a açaí bowl it was ready for 10 minutes people came in after and there order was ready she NEVER SAID ANYTHING it sat there It was already melting worst costumer service ever. If you want a business to grow get rid of employees like this.

The service here is always fast. The staff is really polite and ask relevant questions. I have never had any pushback on an alteration or anything. I'd suggest going after the breakfast rush though if you don't order ahead. You're likely to see a line if you don't.
