GLADYS the supervisor has the most Horrible customer service!! Very sad the way she is towards LOYAL customers!! They had got my order wrong in drive thru & i called in for them to fix their mistake she had me come in to get the meal fixed, I had my receipt to get the order remade and fix their mistake,When I first walked in, I heard them talking about me and it was very weird as I was at the counter waiting. No one approached me and then they asked me. Oh, is there something I could help you with and I said oh yes, it’s me Moe the one that you were talking about right now to your coworker when I had a call at first they gave me incorrect names that were not their names so when I had went, I heard them talking about that situation . She got mad that I heard them over talking about me so she called her manager Matthew and told him not to replace my order anymore. She said he could replace it if I wait there at the counter for two hours sarcastically I was with my six-year-old daughter which we waited there for about 40 minutes and she kept changing the time on me while I was waiting she was rolling her eyes and giving me very dirty look she kept going in the corner, talking to her coworkers and also, calling the Matther the manager, telling him not to replace my meal anymore. She got mad that I had called corporate on her and made a complaint about her attitude towards me a customer that she had promised a meal replacement, but her nasty attitude did not give me my food back. I will not recommend this place Gladys is a horrible worker and IDo not want this to happen to other customers it is a very bad experience, and I would not want anyone to deal with themThey lost a very loyal customer To Gladys !!!!!!!!

Wow......only one person working!Where is the manager when you need one?Wife was there on the drive trough wondering why nobody was on the intercome taking orders. When car by the window finally moved, she noticed a line with one server!!!!!!!

I went to KFC drive-through.They didn't get order correct, so they didn't give a receipt. I repeated the order. I requested they repeat the order, I pulled up to the window and asked if they could please repeat the order. They did but still didn't put it correctly in the bag. Very disrespectful. Like they was in a hurry. No other cars were in the drive-thru or on the inside.Never again.

The worst chicken ever. Ordered 2 of the 3-pc chicken meal. The chicken was very greasy and dry, like it's been sitting out for a while. So was the biscuits. We couldn't even eat the food after one bite, it was horrible. I wanted to take it back, but noticed I didn't get a receipt. A wasted $25.

This KFC has poor customer service and their food is nasty!! Chicken was very salty and greasy also found something that looked like burned rodent poop in my Coleslaw took our order back and the workers were very rude and argumentative about giving us our refund. Poor management also.
