Bad experience with the staff. I got pisssed off and walked out. This place needs a customer service training. Sp, you get 1 star and earned it.

Good ice cream bad customer service that lil kid that's in there with the custom hats be have a lil attitude all the time such as making smart comments while making my order while this other girl that's acting all flirtatious with him is asking if we should close then he replies we been closed in and while he was making my order dude was staright being all aggressive while making my order slamming and tossing stuff was a regular customer not no more and this wasn't the first time he acted like this on different occasions with my mom and brother

Ate half of my esquite and noticed a hair, ordered nachos got home and they were soggy also ordered a mangoniada with lemon \\u0026 Mago ice cream girl that helped me was very confused and had a horrible attitude . Won’t be back

never seen such a wide variety of ice cream flavors. nutella flavor is awesome, they do NOT skimp on the waffle cone. plus, i was excited to see fresh elotes on the menu!

Try a mangonada but instead replace it with strawberry ice cream and strawberry pieces
We love this location. This and the Rancho location smell like bleach (pre-pandemic) so you know they are cleaning. I see them wiping surfaces down. They require masks, which I totally appreciate.Now to the yummy stuff. Their ice cream and other treats, holy moly ?

Denise has to be to most disrespectful customer service attendant I have ever come across in any food service department ; Messed up my order; refused to correct order; didn't want to make second order; asked for manager and she said ; "if you want you can come back later" little girl needs some parenting
