The first thing I noticed was how dirty the place was. One star for atmosphere is generous. I realize that this is primarily just a pick-up place but if there are more than three people waiting then it is like a sardine can. There was a guy at the front of the line who had no idea what his order was. Instead of telling him to step aside and sort it out the server spent 20 minutes trying to do that for him. Four, and then five, people in line behind him. When I got to the head of the line NOTHING was ready. DO NOT COME HERE.

Only one cashier, I ordered online and they sent me the text with my code to pick it up and it took 20 minutes. More. I opened the hot box with my code and my pizza was not ready. When they delivered it to me it was cold????

Placed on order well ahead of time in advance for my order to ready for pick up at a certain time once I got to the place to come and find out that it would be another 40 minutes wait time. To just be told that I can cancel my order if I don’t want to wait for it. This place is a joke and the staff are just clowning in the

The service is terrible long wait time at a fast food place!! That's supposedly why you order so you don't wait so long, please put more staff, sales here are good. I don't think they can't put more staff.
