Hot n Ready means 30ish minutes to the dude who takes 5 min to take my order. This place operates at like 1% efficiency every single time. Not coming back. "Uhh we don't have any pizzas ready "

30 minute wait for a single pepperoni pizza. They advertise pizzas with other toppings besides pepperoni and the cashier told me “we don’t make those they’re just for show”. If they’re just for show then why even advertise them????? Horrible experience if I could rate 0 I would.

It is now 01/23/24, and i still have not received a refund for the missing items from my order. I had to go through door dash to request the refund on 01/04/2024. I reached out to door dash today and they said they are still waiting on the store and it will take another 10-12 days. Be careful with this place, i simply wanted them to redeliver the missing items which they wouldn't do, and now i am waiting on a refund still.

They promote hot and ready but when I went they didn't have anything ready and the wait was 40 minutes. I hate fake promotions therefore this place is dead to me.

When you are at the counter and gently point out that the cup is not even filled halfway (more like 30% at best) thinking it an accident and are met with an annoyed shrug and "this is how it is now" something is wrong. I guess order double to triple what you think you'd like.

Would rate a zero they never have anything ready and the order takes about 25 mins for a regular pizza and breads my son worked at different location and he mentioned it doesn’t take 25 mins they need have their order hot and ready how they
