The drive-thru this time was a joke! They asked me to please wait but another car pulls up to the other side and they immediately take that cars order first, then to top it off I'm told to pull forward and wait AGAIN mind you, I only ordered two meals and to make matters worse, they gave me something I didn't order i ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and this is what i got!! To have to be told to wait twice and get home and see that I got the wrong order is a total let down. They weren't even busy enough to have that excuse. And when I'm calling over and over No one answers the phone! Unbelievable.

normally I would go through drive-thru. However, usually when you go through the drive-thru it takes a while about 15-20 minutes and I didn't have the time so I decided to park and actually get off my vehicle. Now when I get off it wasn't that busy inside. So I went up to the cashier to order because I don't like the touch screen iPads to order and sometimes my eyes glare at the screen and when I went up there there was a lady filling up the cones. She didn't even bother to acknowledge me or say hello. I mean I understand you're doing the job, but you're slowly inserting cones one at a time. The least you could do is say hello or I'll be right with you and then you had another person who look like the manager going back and forth to get a slushie and she also made direct eye contacts with me and didn't even say hello or anything. I was standing there completely unattended or not even acknowledge for about 4 minutes and then after that I said okay. Obviously they're not going to want to help me even though there are plenty of people who are helping with the cooking. So I just went next door and ended up spending $10 which I rather do than getting the service that I had got and I bought myself an ice cream and candy

My quarter pounder burger with cold cheese, the chips were cold! It took half an hour to get to the curbside. The nuggets tasted like caramel popcorn.

I ordered my food through the Mc Donald’s app and was told after getting to the window if I could pull over and wait for my food. I came home which was 2 miles and my 20 piece nuggets were cold! I called Mc Donald’s to speak with manager but no answer.

Ordered kids happy meal with chicken nuggets an 2 double cheeseburger and 6 piece chicken nuggets. Told the girl we wanted honey mustard when she asked what sauces. Took 3 tries to get the order right. After paying pulled to second window and was given happy meal and asked to pull toward for rest of food.when the young heavyset guy brought my food I asked for honey mustard. He said they would have to charge me for it. I told him they probably did because my order was $28. He said it only cones with chicken nuggets. I told him I had 2 orders of nuggets. He then went inside as slow as possibly someone could move and came back 10 min later with 1 honey mustard. If my kids weren't sleeping in the car I would of gone inside.this is the worst customer service and now expecting $20 an hour for pay. It's not fast and can eat in sit down restaurant for the same price and get better service with better quality food. Definitely won't be back.

You are not Applebees you absolute buffoons. This is the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, the lady at the drive thru got a fast impatient mouth on her and I couldn’t even get my full order in because she’s unprofessional. Higher management needs to consider hiring more patient professional people rather than people who are both impatient and take too long to do anything, it’s an annoying oxymoron and y’all need to get better

They took my order incorrectly when I went to the drive through. When I went to the window to pick up the items , I noticed the mistake. So I want to correctly order the item I wanted. The employee at the window Kept coming back and forth Saying she couldn't do anything. Brought the manager over. Wanted to order the correct item and of course pay for it. But I wanted a refund for the item I was incorrectly charged for that I did NOT keep. Manager says that couldn't be done.

This is one of the most modern McDonald's that I've ever gone to. They have a play place for the kids. They have kiosks where you can just order your own meal yourself. And they have a friendly staff.Kid-friendliness: It is one of the few locations that still have an indoor play place. And it is kept very clean.

Sloooooooooowwwwwww!!!Service is glacial. Drive through serves 1 car per side in about 5 minutes per car. If there are 5 cars, there are 2 lanes, that merge into one, plan on at least a half hour wait.Then they screw up your order. Inside the wait is equally bad.Avoid this place.
